What make US law enforcement agents, especially FBI and CIA very good at their job is the fact that they use insiders to infiltrate highly sophisticated crime syndicates that are difficult to nab. What I mean is this; they can pick one notorious criminal among a gang of criminals and study that person for years to understand how they operate and then silently nab that one notorious gang member and use him to track other gang members who will never know that their fellow gang member is no longer a free man but a secret agent of the FBI now being used to track them and their activities.


US security use this tactics to break into drug cartels, money laundering and terror gangs and in return they offer the gang member used a lesser penalty like reduced sentencing, cash forfeiture, etc depending on circumstances and negotiation.



This is why FBI will not release all of Tinubu's drug files because it will review a lot, including how FBI and other US security agents operate in their fight against crimes. They possibly used BAT to track and nab other drug cartels in Chicago back then, and releasing the files will expose many people to danger because drug cartels don't show mercy even after years. They also know that BAT is now occupying a very sensitive and exalted political office and releasing his drug files will do a lot of harm to their foreign relationship with Nigeria. It's sad but thats the reality, no Tinubu drug file will be released any that will be released will be heavily redacted to remove sensitive details.



So Atiku and Obi should find a way to work together and not contest individually again to avoid making it easy for Tinubu to rig.

Beyond studying, I'm politically-aware. This government is leaving trails, even though, they put plans in place to clean it well. People are scared of doing their jobs, because they don't know if by so doing they will step on Daddy's foot that is everywhere.

The RMAFC, and FAAC are meant to be autonomous of the President. They canvas and follow the slated constitution to distribute Federal revenue to all MDAs and agencies. This was a good design, but guess what, the operation has changed. Although, it's hard to prove and I give them credit for cleaning their records.

The FAAC is chaired by the Minister of Finance, I don't need to say much anymore.

The FAAC, and commissioners are appointed by The President. The Senate is suppose to screen them, but, again I don't need to say much.

All of them are singing "on your mandate", ",yes, Sir! Okay, Sir!" and waiting for instructions/approvals from the President or his Chief of Staff.
