Heffalump: The fact that you people are hypnotized by the mention of Obi strongly supports the hypothesis that Obi remains the greatest threat in the Nigerian political space. Obi can't be this and that all the time. Only one person fa! This man is too much, tbh. Let me tell you, if Obi is ordained by God to be Nigerian president, none of you can upturn it. Neither you nor Deji or whoever is God the almighty. Just a hand full of Ndigbos based on sentiments will waste their time on Gringory Obi in 2027. He has absolutely nothing to offer, Messi hasn’t left the stadium yet. |

His conduct since then has shown he has nothing to offer especially with his criticisms when actually, he ought to be working underground! he has absolutely nothing to offer, to copy & paste & proclaim negative news is not critical criticism, he has nothing to offer, no solution, he will get to Aso Rock & demand 20 years to change Nigeria, but if before Oga u were shouting 4 years was enough time to clean the mess? |

This is how most of you were deceiving yourselves some months ago, telling lies and pretending that Port Harcourt refinery was working but today you have started another round of fake adventures.
When is our REFINERY GOING TO WORK, shameless people.

ambale: Humans are always known to want to cut corners, but it is the judiciary job to stand their grounds
And we all remembered how both the Lawmakers and even Judiciary shut down the third term bid even with the huge bribe allegedly that was offered
But now, we have a National Assembly that even housemaids have more freedom than and a judiciary that even slaves are better off.
So what are you saying exactly?? which 3rd term bid, by who? The same person that says the judiciary is corrupt? Obasanjo has disgraced himself for making such a reckless statement just to sell his nonsense book. |
Politics › Re: Nigeria’s Judiciary Deeply Compromised – Obasanjo by Burob: 5:40pm On Aug 23, 2025 |
SmartPolician: APC undermined our judiciary under this administration. That's why they always tell you to go to court whenever you complain, knowing full well that they have bought up the judiciary. such a shame that this general could state such callousness, Fela Kuti made me never have any iota of respect for this man ab initio. He is the reason that I hated Pdp then till infinity, when they chose him as their presidential candidate in 1998 |
Politics › Re: Real Mathematicians Know That Tinubu Disbursed One Of The Lowest FAAC In History by Burob: 5:33pm On Aug 23, 2025 |
casualobserver: If you were capable of critical thinking you would understand the concept of PPP and the economy does not run in dollars.
Most governments have 3-4x previous allocations in Naira but most expenses are local and in Naira meaning the money they are getting has more pichasing power.
If we were taking the increased Naira and spending it abroad then you would be right but in Nigeria we spend Naira. It’s about the purchasing power of the Naira in the a Nigerian economy.
For example, wages which is almost half of recurrent expenditure of most states has not doubled (the only people with double wages are minimum wage earners of which there are actually only a few relative to overall govt payroll). yet their revenue has tripled.
Again price of cement has doubled but revenue has more than tripled in Naira which means we are getting more value. So Mr Critical thinking Mathematician, this is a Naira economy! you think if that TaminaliaCatapa was a critical thinker, that he would be here wailing? |

Don’t mind TaminaliaCatapa, because someone informed him in their ignorance, that it is Tinubu a beneficiary like the states, & local governments, that it is the presidency that disburses money from The FAAC? |

Racoon: It is so annoying and nauseatingly sick when you see a failed lying and propaganda infected government trying in futility to defend its gross incompetency and ineptitude especially on both the local and international stage where it is supposed to be engaging in mutually beneficial diplomatic relations or engagements.
It reeks of egocentric quest for political power without vision or national interest. How can a international roundtable like the TICAD starts that while many countries are up to great starts with strategic engagement s from day 1 while interest and expectations are higher, while the Nigerian officials be belatedly saying we are opening shop the next day?
What is wrong with us as a nation with useless leadership? Ask them how much the govt have expended on this jamboree now, and you will shudder with horror @ gross waste of a nation lean resources. Instead of the govt to investigate the circumstances leading to this shame, they will mobilize their deadbeat supporters to defend this national shame and embarrassment on the digital world.
This is why the ewa, garri, cassava, and agbado eaters are hereby warned to stop and desist from defending gross clueless, ineptitude and incompetency of a failed and moribund government. u no dey tire to wail Mr Racoon, I warned u in 2022,follow who know road. |

Politics › Re: 5 Reasons While Tinubu Will NEVER Be President by Burob: 12:23pm On Aug 20, 2025 |
wiseoneking: 1, He has a very bad track record of been very corrupt and Buhari will never hand over to him since he knew Tinubu's pasts. Buhari on a visit to Tinubu's residence during their campaign days saw a lot of expensive exotic cars parked and jokingly questioned him about it. Although a lot of Nigerian are aware of massive corruption by this man. He once said to Osun state people during their governorship campaign that he is richer than the their state. That wasn't a joke, he meant it but the osun people didn't take that lightly. He is the largest tax collector in Africa by his record of been once the governor of the wealthiest state in Nigeria.
2, EFCC is with the massive corruption carried out by him from the time of been the Lagos State Governor till date. He won't run away from this. They are presently gathering facts, this was confirmed lately by EFCC boss.
3, Muslim Muslim ticket is about to come again and pursue Tinubu. Nobody seem to be looking at this or taking this very seriously but this is a game changer. Since Hausa Fulani do not have any Christian known politician, it will be " impossible" to have a Christian vice president from core North for now. Even if there are great Hausa Fulani Christian politicians, it is a Haram for such to represent them. The Hausa Fulani would definitely not want to be left out in this arrangement or even to think about other minority Christians from NE or NC to represent them. It is difficult to sell such a ticket especially now that the country is highly polarized in the areas of Religion and ethnicity. He's definitely free to choose any core northern Mallam but it will never sale past the roof. Though we do say anything can happen in Nigeria, let's keep our fingers crossed in this case
4, Age: I will not go into details about this but Tinubu's age should be in the neighborhood of 79 or 80 yrs. There was a picture of him been circulated recently of been taking in late eighties but was actually confirmed by some that it was probably in seventies. I think he is very old to stand the pressure of been active.
5, Sickness and diseases. You don't need a mirror to look at the bangle you are wearing. I am even suspecting Alzheimer's as well as Dimentia has set in, this is quite obvious. You can see him shaking and trying to hold himself in the public. We are yet to know some other illnesses that he's suffering from. He already started spending weeks and months in foreign hospitals and this will continue in days coming.
Do you know other reasons apart from these? I am very sure that the third point is a no no for Naija. your 5 reasons have come to pass abi? |
