ANALYSIS OF: CANADIAN COURT LABELS APC AND PDP TERROR ORGANISATIONS.
Quoting in part:
A Canadian Federal Court has upheld a groundbreaking decision declaring Nigeria’s major political parties—the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)—as terrorist organizations, while rejecting the asylum claim of Douglas Egharevba, a former member with ties to both parties spanning over a decade.
The Canadian government argued that the APC and PDP were deeply involved in political violence, electoral fraud, and acts of terror that inflicted widespread harm on Nigerians.
"The conduct of individuals who are members of the PDP, including high-ranking officials, and those who committed political violence and intimidation on their behalf, is too widespread and persistent to dissociate the leadership of the party from their actions." "They are benefiting from these actions without intervening."
This landmark judgment serves as one of the clearest pronouncements by a foreign court equating Nigeria’s ruling and former ruling parties with terrorist entities under international law.
----------
Comment:
Recall that a certain northern Irish "prophetess" called Emma Stark prophecied in Feb 2022 that God would DISCREDIT the government of Nigeria. Some people will think that what the Canadian Court did/said is racist or going too far. However, in time the whole world will get to know that truly the political parties are very much linked to pure terrorism because the Armed Forces collude with the Fulani terrorists (Gen T Y Danjuma said so), therefore it is actually correct to say that APC and PDP are terrorist organisations. Survivors of Fulani raids time after time say that the military don’t arrive to save them, waiting until the slaughter is over. There have also been incidents of Air Force helicopters gunning down indigenous peoples who were pursuing the Fulani terrorists. History will record the political class that enforces the 1999 Constitution as being terrorists when the extent of the Fulani Conquest Agenda which some experts have called GENOCIDE gets fully known. So, it isn't just elections violence that the political class is guilty in aiding and abetting, promoting and sustaining.
Nigeria is truly a Union of death. A breeding ground for Terrorism. not at all surprised, we knew it all along, that Gringory Obi is a terrorist

Ofunaofu: Desperation is when those who claim to understand the presidency grab, snatch power and, in less than two years, turn a struggling nation into a suffering one... dishing out hunger, strife, and hopelessness like it’s official policy.
We’ve seen what your dlórd has produced: hardship, economic collapse, and a free-falling naira. So if this is what “knowing everything about the presidency” looks like, maybe it’s time we gave a chance to those who supposedly know nothing. They couldn't possibly do worse. Obi has not told us, how he intends to implement his own austerity policies? He is yet to mention the overnight magic that he intends to offer. |

Meanwhile ICAO must be monitoring to see how this serious breach will be managed. Imagine how foreigner will be seeing this breach. make this Peter Obi just shut up, Mr notice me, u woke up to read what indeed. |
