The ammended electoral act also automatically saw to ADC getting deregistered as a political failure after failing woefully to meet the minimum electoral threshold set for political parties as contained in the new electoral act.

Did Atiku out of his sheer desperation to contest for the Presidency not see all of these before hijacking the party?

There's nothing that will happen when both ADC and NDC don't make the ballot.
