TravelRe: Many Nigerians Living In Nigeria Hate Nigerians In Diaspora, Jealous Much? by business4all: 9:55pm On Jan 17, 2016
Amerinancy:
Exactly. Some people act as if we owe them something. If I live abroad, and decide not to talk to you anymore, it's my decision. Nigerians do not respect others decisions, neither do they know what is called personal space. I live in the United States where electricity never goes off. I am treated with respect, and my human rights are protected. I'm a U.S. Citizen, and it baffles me how Nigerians act. The American culture is better than the Nigerian culture a million times. I could remember when I came back to Nigeria, with my adorable puppy dog. His name is Williams. I left my dog to go and bath only to see my dog being beaten by some guy. It really got me crazy why someone would want to maltreat a dog for no reason! I got pissed off, and took my dog, I left the next day back to my home the U.S. Even after my sisters pleas. It was a traumatic experience for my little puppy which affected his behavior and emotions. Must humans or animals suffer? I just don't understand.Nigerian claim to know all, and believe they are moral. Lmao! That's stupidity. In Nigeria, women are oppressed, here in the U.S. It's gender equality and respect. In Nigeria, elders or leaders use their power to suppress others, no one talks, because an elder is talking. Even if he is abusing others, no one talks. That's all bullshit. In America they have kids who are critical thinkers, who say no to abuse, or maltreatment from anyone (everyone demands respect) in Nigeria kids become timid, and fearful. The educational system in Nigeria is out of this world. In the U.S. You earn grades with your efforts, not by cheating. Here in the U.S. If they catch you cheating or plagiarizing, you will be expelled or even go to jail. So it's a no no. You work out your education with your head. That's why they value us when we come back. One of my friends who went back to Nigeria after being called to work, told the oil company she wouldn't take less than $55,000 (12million naira) per month+ allowances to start. they gave her a house, car etc. They gave her the job as the general manager now her salary is 40 percent higher. Let's talk about relationships. The Nigerian men see women as their slaves or human not worth much, lower than they are, who they can manipulate and take control of. while Here in the U.S. It's otherwise. They say American women are prosmicious, big lies. A woman's decision irrespective of her country is her choice, they say American women can't cook. Wait a minute, that's ridiculous. The food we eat do we get it from Nigeria? No! We have better varieties and healthier diets. We don't know how to cook your food, because we are Americans. Not that we don't know how to cook. If we decide not to cook, what's wrong with that? What's wrong in a man cooking too? This is all culture difference. Americans are awesome the way they are, just as Nigerian women feel they are awesome. So let's understand it. In technology, Nigeria is zero. In governance, zero, religion, zero. Social amenities and infrastructure, zero. Medical system is a flop, everyone uses self medication. The way Nigerians think at times piss me off.
The United States government has given me all I need to succeed and be a complete human with identity.
I have a dual citizenship. I have the United States passport and Nigeria's too. If you ask me to tear one, it will be None. I don't hate Nigeria, but I hope someday civilization will come into that barbaric uncivilized nation.
Amerinancy LIAR the great.

Lagosian, we are in for a long thing as I just heard on radio that Tompolos boys have damaged the chevron escravos gas plant. This is a major gas source for Egbin power plant which supplies a significant portion of power to lagos state. I think it is high time our president **** order the arrest of Tompolo as no man is bigger than Nigeria
We really no longer depend on this oil to run the economy based on the recent proposed budget.
House please what is your take on this as I am very sad about this development.
Which Lagos are you talking about. We get light for my area tgis morning. I don't know what you are talking about.

Please if one is refused US tourist visa, when is the right time for one to reapply or how long can one wait before one reapply? Thank you
3 months. But make sure your circumstance has changed considerably. Because a guy was asked in my presence, "what has changed about you since your last application?" He could not answer...you don't want to know the rest of the story.
TravelRe: 10 Reasons Why Travellers Are Turned Back Or Refused Entry At The Port Of Entry by business4all(op): 6:34pm On Jan 15, 2016
This makes me to remember the adage that says " better safe than sorry ... It is preferable to be cautious in one's choices and actions than to suffer afterwards."
Travel10 Reasons Why Travellers Are Turned Back Or Refused Entry At The Port Of Entry by business4all(op):
Taken from different experiences of nairalanders that were turned back to Nigeria from port of entries.

1. Showing up at a port of entry different from what your stated in your visa application form. You will have to do a lot of explaining why you do that if its your first entry with the visa. people have been deported for that same reason.

2. Not having a return ticket back to your home country. this can be construed as having no plan to return to your country and you are immediately sent back before you are allowed to enter.

3. Not traveling with money. It was so embarrassing when i read a personal report of a nairalander how he was send back because he traveled with no kobo in his pocket hoping to arrived in the hand of a relation waiting to pick him up. He was only showing them mastercard as his only proof of fund that he had money in it. Unfortunately he was deported from the spot.

4. Going with excessive luggage making it look as if you are relocating. you stated that you are visiting for seven days but your luggage show otherwise that you have come to stayput. A nairaland had that as one of the reason he was deported. They did not trust him that he will leave their country because of his excess lauggage.

5. Going with your credential. it saddened my heart when i read a report of a girl by his nairalander brother how she was sent back from the port of entry simply because her credentials were found in her luggage. this gave her away as a immigrant going to look for a job as against going to visit or for tourism. For a student visa, that is understandable.

6. Having your destination country phone number on your phone while you stated that you do not know or have any relation in the country. This can arouse scrutiny to an extent of deporting you. I read how someone's phone was collected at the port of entry and the official look through it only to find a local phone number of the country when the traveler stated that he did not have any contact in the country.

7. Not going with the documents that confirm the purpose of your trip.
A nairalander was going for a program. He was asked to produce documents proof of the program. He didn't have it and he wanted to show them the soft copies of the documents maybe from his tablet or whatever. He was asked why didn't he have them on paper. He was not given any chance to show the soft copies until he was deported.

8. Going to give birth when you did not declare it during your visa interview. This is seriously frowned at. many heavily pregnant women have been sent back for that reason. If you scale through because your pregnancy is still not visible enough and you go to give birth, it will affect your next visa application negatively.

9. Using the visa for the first time for a purpose other than what it was issued for. You will need a lot of explaining to do as to why you change the purpose of use of the visa if you will no[img][/img] ort be deported.

10. Saying a different thing from what you filled in your visa application form. this could be dangerous.

so, you can add yours or your port of entry experience so we learn.
Christianity EtcRe: Is Killing An Apostate In Islam Law? by business4all: 7:37am On Dec 20, 2015
Naijacitizen:
Sorry Mr. Annunaki, the verses were quoted in thelink you provide doesn't say or support the killing apostasy and the Hadith there were weak. Try harder before I quote your nemesis to come and annihilated you.
Who is an INFIDEL?
This is a true story and the author, Rick Mathes, is a well-known leader in prison ministry.
"The man who walks with God always gets to his destination".
If you still have a pulse, you have a divine purpose to accomplish.
As it stands today, the Islamic religion is the fastest growing religion per capita in the United States, especially amongst the minority races!!
Last month I attended my annual training session that's required for maintaining my state prison security clearance. During the training session, there was presentations by three speakers representing the Roman Catholic, Protestant and Muslim who each explained their beliefs.
I was particularly interested in what the Islamic had to say. So, the Muslim gave a great presentation of the basics of Islam, complete with a video. After the presentations, time was provided for questions and answers. When it was my turn, I directed my question to the Muslim and asked:
'Please, correct me if I'm wrong, but I understand that most Imams and clerics of Islam have declared a holy jihad [Holy war] against the
infidels of the world and, that by killing an infidel, (which is a command to all Muslims) they are assured of a place in heaven. If that's the case, can you give me the definition of an infidel?'
There was no disagreement with my statements and, without hesitation, he replied, 'Non-believers!'
I then responded. So, let me make sure I have this straight ie. All followers of Allah have been commanded to kill everyone who is not of your faith so they can have a place in heaven. Is that correct?'
The expression on his face changed from one of authority and command to that of a little boy who had just been caught with his hand in the cookie jar. 'He sheepishly replied, 'Yes.'
I then stated, 'Well, sir, I have a real problem trying to imagine the Pope can command all Catholics to kill those of your faith or in addition, Dr Stanley ordering all Protestants to do the same in order to guarantee them a place in heaven!'
The Muslim was speechless!
I continued, 'I also have a problem with being your friend when you and your brother clerics are telling your followers to kill me!
Let me ask you a question:
Would you rather have your Allah, who tells you to kill me in order for you to go to heaven, or my Jesus who tells me to love you because I am going to heaven and He wants you to be there with me too?'
You could have heard a pin drop as the Imam hung his head in shame.
Needless to say, the organizers or promoters of the 'Diversification' training seminar were not happy with my way of dealing with the Islamic Imam, and exposing the naked truth about the evil in Muslims' beliefs.
Christianity EtcRe: Is Celebrating Christmas Wrong ? by business4all:

1. If you read the scriptures, you would have seen that different musical instruments was used by servants of jehovah. Both on earth and in heaven.

though its use is not the same as its used by most churches today.

2. Can you tell me how you came about this statement "early christians avoided it"?

3. I dnt know about how church of Christ compose and sing their songs of praise.
yes they were used in the old testament. Pagans used musical instruments first before God talked about it. Study your bible well. So it has pagan origin. Even many old testament practices including some ordained by God Himself were not practicable in the new testament. Or have you even seen Jesus praised God with music or acknowledged musical instruments? Or the apostles too? Apostles didn't authorize it.

Mind you. I am not saying musical instruments are sins. But it was used for idolatry first in the bible. The question of pagan origin is not the issue. What the issue is, is what you make of that now.
Christianity EtcRe: Is Celebrating Christmas Wrong ? by business4all: 1:15pm On Dec 18, 2015
dolphinheart:
At bold, Is there any religious practise or rites or observance that comes from the things you mentioned above.?
What about the use of musical instruments. Be it for personal use or church use. It's use was associated with paganism. Pagans were the first to use musical instruments. Early Christians avoided it. Some churches today use only their clapping because of that, for example, Church of Christ.
Christianity EtcRe: Is Celebrating Christmas Wrong ? by business4all: 1:05pm On Dec 18, 2015
Jozzy4:
Brother , the early christians did not celebrate birthdays . The World Book Encyclopedia says that : " they considered the celebration of anyone's birth to be a pagan custom " .
Early Christians were human beings. Was it because Jesus said so or because of their personal opinion about it. Even Paul gave his personal opinions on issues and still issue a disclaimer that it's not God that said so. That's it's what he just thought to be ok. We play musical instruments in churches today. The same early Christians considered it then as paganism.

craziebone:
i can't really get what you are saying but let me reply to what i think you are saying.

First of all, the reason God had to talk to Joseph is not to institute the idea that its ok to marry a 14 year old girl, for such was the norm in their culture. David, when he was in his 70s had a thirteen year old concubine/bride. The reason he had that discussion with joseph was because Joseph was considering a pull out of marrying his bethroted, who had already taken in mysteriously. So God had to come and encourage him not to be afraid but go on ahead.

And as for treking that long distance, i wonder if you are Nigerian or have been following events? Did you not see it in the news someone treked from Lagos to Abuja to show support for Buhari? Why don't you just take the Emir's advice and buy a brain?
bro, no disrespect. are you high? where in the bible did God ask a 14 year old to be married? stop peddling what you dont know and stop telling lies against God to avoid His wrath. Woe is he that says when God does not say. thats what my bible tells me.

i want to beleive you didnt see it in the bible that God instruct such.

Listen, its all about an individual and not a religion.
dont live in the past. while crusade and jihad were going on simultaneously in the medieval era. people in both religions had their ugly past. but this is 21st century my friend. islam has remained as archaic as to take us back to dark ages by muslims still committing atrocities in the name of islam.

we have bad individuals in every religion. but when it comes to, oh we are committing these for and in the name of our religion, muslims are number one

You can make money into your payoneer card trading forex. But mind you! You do not have to do the trading by yourself. We can handle that four you if you are interested. You do not have to give us money to do that. We only need your mt4 password if you understand what I am saying, and you will see guaranteed profits on monthly basis, and again you will see the open trade position live on your mt4 platform. By this, you are good to withdraw money into your payoneer card.

Different forex brokers make use of payoneer card. Ask your broker if it is a user too.

Please there are more to know about what I just said. For more info., please drop you email here to show your interest.
