Test is to test your ability to perform ask on time and thinking ability.

You will be given 1hour to answer 80questions which consists of Comprehension, Abstract, Calculations, logical reasoning, sentence correction, Data sufficiency etc

The Test questions are not Numbered so you wilk have to be on top speed.

Forget about the Barron's GMAT and read any GMAT u can lay your hands on for now..
Read and understand them especially your abstract, sentence completion, comprehension etc.

Different strokes for different folkes. The same situation has happened to me with my ex- girl friend. She always feel so insecured during conversation. When I am arguing about polities or academics or places with my friends in my house, you need to see her face. She will just keep frowning without contributing anything meaningful.

What she knows very well is the hottest romance film and good porn site. She is a graduate from a good university but when I asked her things about her discipline sometimes, she often give a cold shoulder and sometimes lead to something unpleasant sometimes.


When we are together, it's just play game and have sex. Then when there is no light, its just sex and food. The relationship was getting boring. When I turned to news channels, she is never interested, talk about life activities, she is not interested but bring sex topic, ohhh it can last the whole day but I am not that kind of sex frick guy. When I challenge her to broaden her knowledge and get interested in others aspect of life, it often lead to serious quarrel for days. She will say " it is my life and you are not my father, so you can't change me". I knew I can't cope with her anymore.

The relationship later ended because it was just built mainly on sex.

Maybe you should try getting a skill called 'comprehension' it will save you from needless arguments.

After building the skills where will you write them on to show the employer? Your fore head? This topic is about the contents on a CV what to include and not to include. What is appropriate or not.

You are so ignorant. Where have you seen people putting their CGPA on CV. It makes no sense except it's a jaw breaking CGPA of 4.9.

You are indeed a fresher in the system. Keep parading with your CGPA when people are building skills to make life more meaningful and interesting to them.

Like I said on the other thread, don't let anyone deceive you. if you're a RECENT graduate with a STELLAR CGPA please include it. You have more to lose by not including it than if you do.

Any recruiter that gets pissed because you did, isn't someone you want to work with in the first place. It is no longer necessary when you have gained experience. I know the opportunity I lost because I didn't have such so no one should come here and talk what they have no idea about.

If I want to recruit for a role and I am down to about three strong candidates with the same skill set, I'll be naturally biased towards the one with a stellar CGPA. Once a recruiter is biased in his mind, it translates to a hiring decision in favor of who he likes.

Even in roles that require hard skills e.g IT, please still leave the CGPA there as long as you're a fresh graduate with stellar academic performance.

After all the skills evaluation they may still need a differentiating factor. At the end of the day, like someone said you have nothing to lose. You will lose more by not including it than by including it.

Okay, I have started sounding like a broken record so I'll stop

CGPA isn't relevant in your CV be it fresh or experience graduate. Recruiters don't employed based on CGPA but skills and what you can do.

If you like get 4.9 and you have nothing valuable to offer to the company, you aren't better than a 3rd class candidate.


The focus is what can you do or offer to the company?

If you have a strong 2.2 like 3.441 as CGPA and you want to apply for a job that requires 2.1, you can put it to try your luck.

What is strong 2.1 or 2.2? There is nothing like that in the labour market. It only exist in the school world where students used it to deceive themselves but in the real market world, it's either you have 2.1 or 2.2.


Back to the topic. Nobody care about your CGPA anymore because most are deceitful. Employers and Recruiters want you to showcase your skills and what you can offer not what your certificate can offer...
