Tecno doesn't sell internationally, launching a phone in Dubai doesn't mean Tecno sells there lol, outside Africa I can count only about 3 countries Tecno releases very few of their devices to, that doesn't make them international lol, even Xiaomi, doogee, umi, oppo etc aren't international yet, only few OEMs are international and you can count them.
