I am on ground and i can say categorically that Buhari n apc are doing nothing in the SE. Election is coming up in 5 months n they started pretending that they are building the second Niger bridge (which Buhari stopped its construction immediately he was sworn into office in 2015). They are also pretending to be building roads, Enugu onitsha express road is less than 98km, Less than 1 hour drive n for as much as 4 years its still nowhere near completion, in fact even one lane that they have been building isn't anywhere near completion.

Expenditures so far have been credible and well utilized since a bulk of it has gone into unpaid contracts and other debts left for them by the previous government who had to borrow to pay salaries despite their oil price windfall.

Plus who awarded contracts without financing them despite same oil price windfall.

Also, States are entitled to a portion form this same oil revenue as well .

As far as I am concerned, expenditure has been very good
