I bet you it's same people that came out to see Tambuwal also came out to see Wamakko. So don't let that cloud ur judgement. Those guys are also hustling. They know it's only during campaigns that they tend to get something to eat from those politicians.

So now its forget the crowd because it has to do with APC but when it has to do with PDP, the crowd is genuine.

I repeat, your tambuwal aka tambourine has been nipped in the bud and caged by wamakko the same man who made it possible for him to become governor.

Increased foreign reserve by borrowing more. Are you dumb? That 30k is worrying you. Can the #5k buy drugs and food with good water and cloth to last a month? You are so foolish.

When you have been shown to be empty upstairs you resort to the usual rinse and repeat song of me being paid to support a working government.

You indeed have shown you have an echo between your ears.

Do you buy clothes everyday?
Do you buy water where there are wells and streams?
Do you buy drugs everyday?

The more you talk/ type the more you show your foolishness.

If all you've stated is true then that's welcome. They should do more to create awareness on what they do. Even though I still insist #5000 a month wouldn't take anyone away from poverty it's that simple. Let's do the maths, that's #60000 a year for 2years. You've got light bills to pay in the village, transportation and feeding not to talk of health. That money would do nothing for nobody. But then I guess the saying "half bread is better than nothing" or "at all all na him bad pass" suffices.

THIS MONEY IS NOT MEANT TO STOP THEIR POVERTY. Repeat this until it sinks in.

Its meant to help reduce the pain of poverty and not to take them away from it.

The programs also being run by the government which is actually targeted at poverty alleviation are the ones I mentioned such as TradersMoni, MarketMoni, FarmersMoni, etc.

Those are coming to them COLLATERAL FREE so they can become self reliant and begin/ grow their businesses.

A GREAT MAN WONT BLAME OTHERS FOR HIS FAILURES.

You really need to stop embarrassing yourself.

I wonder how old you are?

The world is changing and you are sitting there talking about $13.

These same poor people run petty businesses and some have been able to send their children to schools through their sweat which is something I know your parents did for you too.

It may be $13 today but it's a start. Formerly they NEVER SAW A PENNY from any government but for the first time they are being given $13 / 5k and besides you shouldn't be talking about $13 when the purchasing power of the dollar and Naira are different based on countries.

In the USA you cannot live off $13 but in Nigeria you can live off 5k for about 2 weeks.

I used to know a family who cook with 1k and that 1k soup lasts them for 4 days or so. They own a farm so do not need to buy garri or pepper and so on.

Such a family can live off 5k for at least 20 days.

Get your head out of the clouds and start from somewhere.

Bro don't vote Buhari because of this. We should not settle for less. When would Nigeria reach European countries standard at this slow rate? Is #5k enough to buy standard drugs or to take me abroad to receive medical care? Let's be wise and see that we deserves better. Other countries are spending at least $10 per day and your government is boasting of giving people #13 in a month. WTF.

You need to take your complaint to the party that looted your Commonwealth during their 16years of misrule despite getting over $800 billion from sales of crude with GEJ getting the big portion of $393 billion due to high price of crude during his time with nothing to show for it.

You would rather complain about buhari who has only gotten $94 billion due to the low price of crude yet with the little he has, he has been able to increase our foreign reserves from $26b to $48b after GEJ depleted it despite him being in plenty.

He has also not borrowed to pay salaries unlike the time of plenty of GEJ . He is also paying off debts GEJ owed from his little revenue and he is running infrastructural development as well as social welfare and empowerment programs all from this low revenue and you sit there and talk about slow growth.

Its like your head is paining you this morning.

Nigeria is on its way to being great again and if you choose not to vote for PMB who cares. Dividends of democracy just like the SUN must get to everyone even if they never wished this government well just like you.

She has not held 5k. Is 5k money to you abi which kind foolishness is this? Can Buhari spend 5k in a day? You be Mumu and may God punish you for being foolish. $13 in a month shows that this government is not working to make our economy great.

Stop being foolish. This is not about me or you. This is about people who are worse off than you or me. Stop talking like a dolt.

How many people have you given 500 naira to?

This is money meant for the poor all over the nation and if you calculate it, its running into several billions of naira and that is money your PDP would have looted as they always did .

However, the poor are being given respite FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER IN THIS NATION and this is what even developed nations have been doing for years and call it social security. Even Ghana as small as they are also run social security for their citizens.

In your rabid stupidity you do not even realise that this is for their social wellbeing and does not mean they are entirely jobless. They had little things they were doing and getting by with before this came from the FG to lessen their pains and suffering to some degree.

The FG still has other self growth programs for them which are collateral free such as farmersMoni, TradersMoni, MarketMoni, etc.

I wouldn't curse you as you just did me but I would rather pray that you receive good sense because the sense in you right now which you are displaying, is very very poor.

Na national cake & share the money mentality dey worry dem.
How did they even determine the poorest people? The so-called poor old ladies may have kids and grandkids in America/Europe, get steady chop money but decide to remain in old family/late hubby's home. Appearing poor may not mean they are even among the poorest 5 million people.

We have no proper census record, low national Id uptake, most have no PVC. Last time in a country of almost 20 million people, only around 28 million voted. Assuming 50 million had PVC and 12 million decided not to vote, at least another 28 to 40 million people over age 18 had no PVC and virtually no ID.

Handouts will not solve their problems even if they were the poorest. Creating economic growth does. Singapore, UAE and others liftted themselves out of poverty through concrete economic & education policies. Not $14 hand outs.

Despite the economic growth in Singapore, UAE and other countries they still have the poor among them and they still run social welfare for their citizens.

At some point we need to get it right. Previous governments have ruined the early chances we had to grow our economy as they stole and looted with impunity.

This is the VERY FIRST social welfare program ever done in Nigeria and it is already working.

This same money in previous administrations would have been looted by a handful of people but Here it is trickling down to those who rightfully deserve it.

This is laudable and should not be condemned.

PMB is working in the right direction and as long as he sustains his pace on infrastructural development and also sustains his social empowerment programs such as GEEP, TRADERMONI, FARMERSMONI, MARKETMONI, NPOWER and so on, everything will balance out

Why can't we think of sustainable development... long term vision. If they are looking for how to help the poor. Why not set up businesses for them that way they can still fend for tomorrow, skill acquisition and so much more. It's this trash mentality people imbibe and promote that makes politicians to keep holding us hostage.

Everyone should start ignoring irritants like this regardless of the level of stvpidity they exhibit here. Buhari is doing more harm than good to those that hope for Nigeria to remain one. I mean how on earth do people think that Igbos will suddenly forget all these atrocities against them and forge ahead with others in Nigeria?? If the Igbos has not forgotten the atrocities of the civil war that took place 50 years ago, is it the recent ones they will forget?? Igbos are way too large to be intimidated into submission and they have what it takes to ruin Nigeria. Even if everything continues at the current pace, Nigeria will still breakup in no distant time. Buhari should continue drawing sympathy to the Biafran cause and IPOB may become a deadly guerilla group with hit and run tactics. They have passionate followers and enough connections and global network that could finance them very effectively. So tell me how NA can defeat them if it gets to that? And if they think they will resort to killing of civilians in retaliation whenever they are hit, then it won't work because it will spiral out of control. A sensible government would have given Igbos a semi autonomy to quell the demand for Biafra but it's obvious that those ruling Nigeria are demented foo.ls with abysmally low IQ.
Igbos will still laugh last because since the history of the world, injustice has never won over justice perennially. Soviet Union broke up, Sudan broke up, India broke up, Malaysia broke up, Ethiopia broke up etc so I don't see what is so special with Nigeria that it can't break up!!

Take hammer and go and break her up. Nigeria is your property to break up. If the hammer isn't enough just let me know what more you might need so I can supply it free of charge

Oga both businesses I spoke of require the presence of a robust middle class and like you know no govt erodes the middle class like a Buhari led govt ( facts don't lie )... No Nigerian Business man can say he has actually grown under Buhari even Femi Otedola , Dangote have all lost so much value in their prosperity under Buhari .. Under Jonathan Dangote was the fastest rising Billionaire on the Forbes list but today he is the fastest decliner ( facts don't lie ..) Under Jonathan Otedola was on the Forbes Billionaire ranking but today he is not ...Nobody can truly thrive under bad leadership...I am sure the piggery you speak of is that online pork money thing

Stop ranting like a dolt .

Talk with some sense and not as an emotional dolt.

What business has dangote got with you or otedola?

Much of their businesses are outside Nigeria and its on record that the recession which happened WORLDWIDE almost wrecked a lot of billionaires as they all lost billions from their net worth.

It seems you are on some hard drugs.

Bill gates crashed, along with practically all the billionaires known to man. Maybe Buhari was responsible for that too you this emotional dummy.

My piggery began from scratch from one pregnant sow and i have never looked back since. My piggery is on ground and live and not online.

I am a businessman and I have grown and I know so many who have also grown. You are just a pathetic wailer who just loves to complain.

There is a faithful saying that WHEN THE GOING GETS TOUGH, THE TOUGH GET GOING.

Necessity has always been the mother of Invention for those who can take advantage. For example in the time of recession there were many who took advantage and the same recession you are busy lamenting about, they used it and became millionaires.

Grow your mind and your hand will grow too. Stop wailing and make yourself useful.

When the USA pays social security to its citizens do they work for it?

This is money meant to cushion the effects of a harsh economy and it is being done based on agreement they had with those who recovered and repatriated the abacha loot.

This does not in any way stop or affect infrastructural development.

Heck even a country like Ghana is running social welfare and Nigeria is overdue for such.

In the era of PDP this same money was being looted by a few but now its getting to the hands of the poor and you sit there and say crap.

Under buhari my business is booming and expanding. I just bought in cash 12 hectares of land for farming from proceeds I made in 3 years from my piggery which I started with less than 40k.

If you closed down your businesses it shows you are not business minded and you need to spend less time lying and spreading propaganda on nairaland and more time reading books and acquiring knowledge on how to make your business profitable.

He shall fail woefully as he has been doing.

You brain is the size of a pin. The same Buhari who ships in weapons for our military is now the one smuggling this one?

Common sense should let you know that whoever is smuggling this is not PMB but an enemy of his government.

Only an UNAUTHORIZED shipment would be seized. FG did not authorize this and those behind this are certainly in the opposition and the only opposition capable of doing this is PDP
