EmekaMD: So now its forget the crowd because it has to do with APC but when it has to do with PDP, the crowd is genuine. I repeat, your tambuwal aka tambourine has been nipped in the bud and caged by wamakko the same man who made it possible for him to become governor. You can take that to the bank 7 Likes 2 Shares |

MakeNigeriaGrea: When you have been shown to be empty upstairs you resort to the usual rinse and repeat song of me being paid to support a working government. You indeed have shown you have an echo between your ears. Do you buy clothes everyday? Do you buy water where there are wells and streams? Do you buy drugs everyday? The more you talk/ type the more you show your foolishness. 1 Like |

NickD: THIS MONEY IS NOT MEANT TO STOP THEIR POVERTY. Repeat this until it sinks in. Its meant to help reduce the pain of poverty and not to take them away from it. The programs also being run by the government which is actually targeted at poverty alleviation are the ones I mentioned such as TradersMoni, MarketMoni, FarmersMoni, etc. Those are coming to them COLLATERAL FREE so they can become self reliant and begin/ grow their businesses. |

MakeNigeriaGrea: You really need to stop embarrassing yourself. I wonder how old you are? The world is changing and you are sitting there talking about $13. These same poor people run petty businesses and some have been able to send their children to schools through their sweat which is something I know your parents did for you too. It may be $13 today but it's a start. Formerly they NEVER SAW A PENNY from any government but for the first time they are being given $13 / 5k and besides you shouldn't be talking about $13 when the purchasing power of the dollar and Naira are different based on countries. In the USA you cannot live off $13 but in Nigeria you can live off 5k for about 2 weeks. I used to know a family who cook with 1k and that 1k soup lasts them for 4 days or so. They own a farm so do not need to buy garri or pepper and so on. Such a family can live off 5k for at least 20 days. Get your head out of the clouds and start from somewhere. Those nations you call great today had it worse than Nigeria at their beginning |

MakeNigeriaGrea: You need to take your complaint to the party that looted your Commonwealth during their 16years of misrule despite getting over $800 billion from sales of crude with GEJ getting the big portion of $393 billion due to high price of crude during his time with nothing to show for it. You would rather complain about buhari who has only gotten $94 billion due to the low price of crude yet with the little he has, he has been able to increase our foreign reserves from $26b to $48b after GEJ depleted it despite him being in plenty. He has also not borrowed to pay salaries unlike the time of plenty of GEJ . He is also paying off debts GEJ owed from his little revenue and he is running infrastructural development as well as social welfare and empowerment programs all from this low revenue and you sit there and talk about slow growth. Its like your head is paining you this morning. Nigeria is on its way to being great again and if you choose not to vote for PMB who cares. Dividends of democracy just like the SUN must get to everyone even if they never wished this government well just like you. 1 Like |

MakeNigeriaGrea: Stop being foolish. This is not about me or you. This is about people who are worse off than you or me. Stop talking like a dolt. How many people have you given 500 naira to? This is money meant for the poor all over the nation and if you calculate it, its running into several billions of naira and that is money your PDP would have looted as they always did . However, the poor are being given respite FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER IN THIS NATION and this is what even developed nations have been doing for years and call it social security. Even Ghana as small as they are also run social security for their citizens. In your rabid stupidity you do not even realise that this is for their social wellbeing and does not mean they are entirely jobless. They had little things they were doing and getting by with before this came from the FG to lessen their pains and suffering to some degree. The FG still has other self growth programs for them which are collateral free such as farmersMoni, TradersMoni, MarketMoni, etc. I wouldn't curse you as you just did me but I would rather pray that you receive good sense because the sense in you right now which you are displaying, is very very poor. 1 Like |

FYI the woman in the video who is one of the beneficiaries said she has not held 5k at one time in her hand for the past 10years. Go ahead and watch the video and listen to her yourself |

AreaFada2: Despite the economic growth in Singapore, UAE and other countries they still have the poor among them and they still run social welfare for their citizens. At some point we need to get it right. Previous governments have ruined the early chances we had to grow our economy as they stole and looted with impunity. This is the VERY FIRST social welfare program ever done in Nigeria and it is already working. This same money in previous administrations would have been looted by a handful of people but Here it is trickling down to those who rightfully deserve it. This is laudable and should not be condemned. PMB is working in the right direction and as long as he sustains his pace on infrastructural development and also sustains his social empowerment programs such as GEEP, TRADERMONI, FARMERSMONI, MARKETMONI, NPOWER and so on, everything will balance out |

Ezechinwa: Kindly do your research before commenting. In saner climes pending when everything regarding skill acquisition or infrastructure is fully ready, the citizens cannot be left to suffer and die. This is a buffer. Like a stop gap for them so they can have some form of respite. I posted a facebook video here regarding one of the beneficiaries and if you watch it, you will hear where she was being adviced to set some aside because this money will only come for 2 years. This beneficiary was basically living on 400 naira and that is when she gets it. But was full of praises to God and the FG for this 5k . Money she had not held at one time in the past 10years (that was what she said). She had not held 5k in her hand for the past 10years. There are other government programs for petty traders which such people can take advantage of and I am sure they were also told. Government isn't as foolish and planless as you think |

Also I am not being paid as you so deceptively thought because for mentally incapacitated people like you, you always assume someone MUST pay someone for saying the truth and this is why I told you we are no longer in 2011 or 2014 where egunje and paying people like you for tour support was the order of the day. I never said Nigeria was America under buhari. However we have left where we used to be and refuse to be taken back there EVER AGAIN. FarahAideed: You say he is a failure and I say he is a success. You say he has failed you and was the reason for the collapse of your business and I say he has made me who I am today as my business grew under his policies. I will advice that you seek some progressional help where you need it. The way you are going, you would soon suffer a nervous breakdown. All you see is Buhari 24/7 even where you are solely to blame you still see buhari. Your business failed due to your lack of Inventiveness and ingenuity. I don't know why you are doing this and lying against good but remember you are already reaping your karma now for the lies you told against this government which is why your lamentation has not ceased and it won't . I have been reaping blessings because daily I pray for this government as God instructed us to do in the Bible. You are the failure and not Buhari. 1 Like |

FarahAideed: Stop ranting like a dolt . Talk with some sense and not as an emotional dolt. What business has dangote got with you or otedola? Much of their businesses are outside Nigeria and its on record that the recession which happened WORLDWIDE almost wrecked a lot of billionaires as they all lost billions from their net worth. It seems you are on some hard drugs. Bill gates crashed, along with practically all the billionaires known to man. Maybe Buhari was responsible for that too you this emotional dummy. My piggery began from scratch from one pregnant sow and i have never looked back since. My piggery is on ground and live and not online. I am a businessman and I have grown and I know so many who have also grown. You are just a pathetic wailer who just loves to complain. There is a faithful saying that WHEN THE GOING GETS TOUGH, THE TOUGH GET GOING. Necessity has always been the mother of Invention for those who can take advantage. For example in the time of recession there were many who took advantage and the same recession you are busy lamenting about, they used it and became millionaires. Grow your mind and your hand will grow too. Stop wailing and make yourself useful. 1 Like |

isaacojih: When the USA pays social security to its citizens do they work for it? This is money meant to cushion the effects of a harsh economy and it is being done based on agreement they had with those who recovered and repatriated the abacha loot. This does not in any way stop or affect infrastructural development. Heck even a country like Ghana is running social welfare and Nigeria is overdue for such. In the era of PDP this same money was being looted by a few but now its getting to the hands of the poor and you sit there and say crap. 1 Like |

I just bought in cash 12 hectares of land for farming from proceeds I made in 3 years from my piggery which I started with less than 40k. If you closed down your businesses it shows you are not business minded and you need to spend less time lying and spreading propaganda on nairaland and more time reading books and acquiring knowledge on how to make your business profitable. Don't blame your failures on someone else. Blame yourself for being too dull to sustain and grow a business due to very poor feasibility studies. 1 Like |
