You need a proper Load size for you to get a good estimate. The load cant be just 2 deep freezers.

1. Deep freezers have power consumption ratings which varies depending on their sizes. You need to find the "nameplate" on the freezers and note the specifications.

2. Their would surely be other loads she would use in her shop which can't be just assumed but to be properly recorded.

3. Also, how does she want the loads to run... should the freezers run 24/7 everyday? Etc.

I dont think your 800k can stand a standard system for that.

Open the oil drain cover and see if oil pours out, if it does, then there's too much oil which can lead to the problems you face.
You might also need to change oil completely, will advise total or mobil 20W-50.

Do you keep your generator where the water touches the exhaust? This is really a material failure of the exhaust, it starts depreciating while it's in touch with rain water and starts changing sound while in operation .... That's what I've experience with mine.... It's normal

If that's the case...get a specialist to check the coil...there is a breach somewhere.

Get a new carburetor and see the magic..

With regards to that deep noise... Check the following..

1. There may be a partial connection somewhere in your house...check all your extensions..once a black and red wires have contact...it will draw the generator.. it paramount you solve this problem hence your generator coil will be at risk..

2. The output connection from the gen...check whether you did the right thing..

That sound show strange loan to your engine..



The issue of white puff of smoke is purely the carburetor...the pin is bad...get a new carburetor...you are good to go
