I'm suspecting your last child is still an infant(probably still breastfeeding)? Your wife's hormones/libido may still be an issue here because of the baby.You may need to understand that.Both of you may need to meet in the middle.

Communicate........tell in in plain words that this is what you feel and how it affects you both.YOU have to be the one initiating sex all the time.Some women(due to upbringing) may never ask while some are bold enough to just grab your deek whenever they feel like.

Sex for women generally is not just a physical thing.It starts with her being happy.You need to make her happy.Also see that she is not weighed down by house chores and childcare.Take some of the weight off her.

I try in my small capacity. I take up some chores in d morning before leaving and at night, I try to help out bathing and putting kids to sleep. The fact is she believes it's a man's duty to initiate and believes making my meals and taking care of kids and home is her priority

I'm having this issue with my wife for sometime now, we've been married for about 8yrs now.
She knows I'm not cheating type and can hardly go out to get satisfied. We have grown together spiritually over the years.

To cut short,

She started using the fact that I can't cheat on her to become relaxed. Naturally my sex drive is twice weekly excluding during her period. I noticed she wants additional days off even after her period finishes and una know say konji na bastard. Most times she take off additional 5days plus the 5days of period that's close to 10days off for me monthly.
I got tired of her laxity because if she sees me as someone who can go out there and get it she would even be begging me even during her period.

I hate begging my wife for sex and been ignored. She can never come and ask for sex even if you leave her for days. She stays indoors almost always busy with the kids, foods, groceries etc.

We have a son and a two daughters, so I sleep with my son and she sleeps with the girls as the have to wake and weewee at night and we sleep in separate rooms so the won't wake the boy at night been the youngest.

I had sex with her since last month and i decided I won't be begging her and guess what, each night I sleep, she sleeps as well without even been bothered and in the morning ,she continues as if she doesn't know I'm feeling depraved.

I don't know how long I can tarry before been pushed outside to get some solace.

I snore as well and it's really stressing my husband out. He only just accidentally said it after I kept pressing to know why he no longer shares the bed with me.
Motherhood no be small thing o as I have to breastfeed my 1 month plus baby all day and at nights .
I have started reading remedies that I Googled and I pray this problem ends soon so my husband doesn't fall sick himself due poor night sleep.

I think he doesn't want to make you feel bad if he tells you openly. Same problem here. But I think I would tell her politely.

That is very harsh of u to say he doesn't Love his wife. From your post alone I can deduce you are currently not with your ex. Schools days was fun but not marriage. You had the time to cuddle and laugh at things no stress at all. We all went through that stage.

If you have a sleeping disorder specialist no problem. If not face this squarely like men have been facing it for generations . Our better half's (wife's) undergo a lot changes during child birth. One of the changes is this snoring in most cases. So it is not new I am going through it my father went through it so also his father. You are beginning to have sleep deprivation which can affect your health and thinking overall.

Solution you learn to leave around it.

1. Try and sleep earlier than your wife. A few hours of wink before she comes to bed can make a difference.

2. Try different sleeping positions by gently nudging her to change positions.

3. Exercing regularly to shed weight. Good luck at this!!

4. Sleeping in different rooms. It may seem drastic but older couples do this to keep peace in the marriage. Go to bed with an issue on your mind then your wife starts snoring in your hear. My brother the kind of battle that will be unleashed no part 2.

Overall, things change adjust. When you do wake earlier than normal use the time wisely exercise or read or work.
NB. the 4th solution if you decide to migrate to another room to sleep be prepared your wife can all of a sudden show up with a pillow. My guy where you dey run go. Na till death do us part o o!!!. �

Bro this is no sickness, many things can cause snoring ranging from tiredness to heavy late night meal, I will advice you to allow her eat early at most before 8pm stay awake for at least 3 hours to enable the food digest properly and don't allow her go to bed immediately, also help her out with the kids at night, they can easily stress one out when no one is assisting.. And watch her improve drastically. And don't forget to talk about this with her before anything communication is key.

Thank you,mine do same sometimes,especially when she is exhasted she will sleep face up and start snoring,i will tap her to adjust or i turn her myself and she stop immediately,op should check the sleeping position of his wife.

. My brother, I break one as well. I think it's sort of been unconscious while sleeping that could make one snore at slightest dooze of sleep.

I have tried but the more I try the more I have headaches during the day for sleep obstruction during the night

Just wake her up and ask her to change position, if she's tired she would definitely snore.

Each time I wake her up intermittently at night due to her snore, she gets so ashamed of the act all through the day which I usually notice.

Married my wife about 5yrs ago.

Initially she sleeps without snooring

Suddenly after putting to bed, she started snooring to the extent that I hardly sleep at night.

I don't want her to feel ashamed of this if I openly confront her.

Please I love her and would love to know how best to approach this issue.

Ladies and gentlemen , boys and girls ....
It's sad we had to celebrate this year's Christmas with so much pain from searching for petrol to fuel or cars and make trips to visit loved ones.

Well, below are the major reasons behind shortfall of PMS currently faced by the nation.

1. As the price of crude increased from around $46 per barrel to around $58 , there is a simultaneous increase in the refined products sold offshore

2. Prices of PMS went up offshore and the landing cost was above the selling pump price of #145 per liter

3. Independent marketers raised alarm for a need to increase pump price to around #160 - #170 per liter but the FG shunned them.

4. Since FG was not willing to pay subsidy to any marketer, they independent marketers abandoned the imports for only NNPC to handle both import and distribution.

5. NNPC was now selling to depot owners at #133 per liter for onward retail to customers to sale at #145 at gas stations.

6. NNPC became the sole distributor of PMS meanwhile selling at a loss of around #26 for every one liter imported . Which translated to close to $800bn loss every day for around 30m liters been consumed everyday in Nigeria.

7. At this rate , profits from our crude swap and sales would be highly reduced if continued.

8. Meanwhile across our borders, petrol seems to be sold at a rate higher than #145 per liter which led to product diversion across the borders to neighboring countries by product marketers who bought from the estimated 30m liters projected to be used in Nigeria everyday.

9. This cross border diversion increased our daily consumption from 30m liters to about 60m liters including our increased demand during the festive period and panic buys. Further increasing our revenue loss to around N1.2bn daily .

10. Due to poor planning , there was a delay in the supply chain between the last week of November and First week of December 2017 and this lead to shortfall in product availability in various depots across the nation from Lagos to delta to PH to calabar.

11. But due to our reserved in various filling stations across the country , it took additional 15days for the shortfall to begin to be felt by citizenry.

12. Our nation's refineries have been trucking out more of Diesel and Kero over the same period. As the capacity to refine has been reduced due to outdated equipmenta.

13. When demand is high, price goes up unhindered as this was the case of what we witnessed.

14. As the opportunity came up, jobless fellows decided to invest in the scarcity. You see people without any need for petrol ( not owing a car, generating set etc)queuing up in stations to purchase the already scarce commodity just to resale, again mounting more pressure on the system.

15. Reality: for every one liter fuel you purchase at #145 , government is selling at a loss already.

16. The only difference between now and subsidy Era is that , Government is not paying this revenue loss as subsidy to any marketer but absorbing it personally.

17. Prices would drop within the next 21days and return to normal as priority is given to mainly Abuja and Lagos.

18. It could take longer to reduce in other remote states across the country.
