This scenario is prevalent in southern Nigeria now and unless something urgent is done, it will continue.
I see no reason why senior sisters who are in their husband house will always want to interfere and run their junior sisters home. They forget that nobody is interfering in their own homes and use emotional blackmail to kill their siblings marriage.
And in all the cases i have seen, their mothers are either silent thereby supporting such nonsense or dead.
Very pathetic. |

currentprice: this guy just day vex anyhow on top of access bank
Had the opportunity of selling at 13.6 but changed my mind. Its the risk inherent in my trades and its my money. Good thing is if access falls to N7, i will still be in a very good position compared to my opening balance as at jan 1st. So not angry at all. If only you are opportuned to see my trade sheet, you will understand. If i had sold access at 13.6, i would have made 5M+. But just like i refused to sell DF when you were all making noise, i have made up my mind to see the result b4 selling and so be it. |

mendes911: I had strange visitors in my dream last night. 5 very unfamiliar faces, 3 women and 2 men screaming at me. Saying that I was responsible for the ravages their respective portfolio witnessed yesterday. Imagine small me.
Apparently, we have severally Ifa and Ogun on this forum with us.
It took me time to append NSEMPA Monikers to each of them (though not all). One of the women came nearer and when I saw how hairy she is (Chest, Chin & Legs), I knew forum members had come to attack me. I though it was even a man at first. Conflicting personality. I concluded she must be a "she-male".
One of the men (very short man) was speaking all yankee english (all those f8*k you, Go and Jump into the ocean, asshole, etc). That made me identify him as well but I totally ignored him, short men and their temper self!
I explained to them that I was in no way responsible for their frustration, that they should look else where. I promised them that I will not check on the market today neither will I post anything during trading.
Market have closed for the day. Let me go and check prices. I hope to be vindicated today. You still came back here to rant abi? Even after the caning yesternite. I no go mercy for u today |

Mpeace: I don't do properties any more. The return from rental income is so low that when you figure in legal and every other fee you are left with nothing. I have over 8flats empty here in owerri, some of them had tenants who left without settling their previous rents and electricity bills. Since 2016, I stopped building. Its been stocks and tbills all through. But I wish you luck in your hostel business. Many pple with hostels around FUTO hear in owerri are putting them up for sale at ridiculously low prices. Why not come and buy one it would be cheaper than building from the scratch. I am presently in court with three of my tenants. I am even pleading with one of them to take the 3years rent he is owing me and leave my house. For where. We have been in court for two years now and he says he will sue me after all. On top my own property. Heheheheheheheeeeee Talk about bushmeat catching the hunter |

Now he thinks he is the smartest of all selling at the highest price forgetting that the buyer he is insulting made it possible for him to sell. Highest levels of st..dity |

vivie01: It's possible.
It could be a strategy to increase the offer in order to beat down prices. The aim is to create a panic-sell mode so as to get the stock at cheaper price. Could be vice versa too.

RabbiDoracle: This doesn't add up.
You didn't want to sell but You just put your stock.
Someone buys it.
Then you just sell and make a good profit.
This shows you actually wanted to sell which negates your earlier statement. Life is all about risk. And the stock market is a risky investment. I was very aware before i bought my first share. If i buy a stock at N1 and i place a sell target N3. It means i plan to sell at N3. If for reasons best known to me, i place it on offer at the days high of N2, You can buy it if you want. Its all part of the risk in investing. People in this market place huge bids at the days low in other to sell the same stock in their portfolio at the days high. Dont tell me you are not aware |

Mpeace: Some pple cry over other pple's loss, and most time they cry even more than the bereaved. If Diamind does not deliver na me wey put money go suffer abi. They want to buy from you lower than they sold. Inother words, they have planned with your money. This badmouthing part is just part of the plan. If not, why will one person be sooo concerned about your loss after selling his shares. When you advice once, its cool and the person you are advising reserves the right to reject your advise. But when you start sounding like a broken record, all in a bid to force your advice on me, then you are after my money and i wont let you touch it. |

If everything other investor thinks like me, you guys badmouthing the market will hold that your money well until you get tired of looking for cheap stocks. Then you will have no choice than to go invest in treasury bill. I only pity the f00lish follow follow investors who you sold to very high and want to buy from now very low. The stock market works in crest and falls. If you buy high, insist on selling (worst case) at breakeven and chill. Your buyer will come |

Guess the SMN spirit has finally located the thread.
