Even d oil claimed by anambra is still under dispute with kogi state.
The combined states of Ondo, Edo, Abia, Imo, Cross-River, Anambra gives a much smaller % production which will make no difference.
Do not compare wildcat wells with fully producing wells.
Even lagos state claims oil presence, that doesn't mean they're now a producing state.
