This is after 4 Visa refusals from Canada, USA and Australia.

And to think that I only made up my mind to pursue a Master's degree program in the UK on the 10th of December, paid tuition the following day or so.

Is it a must to write IELTs as in does the UK embassy only accept IELTS as proof of english because this University of brighton is telling me that its a compulsory requirement for UK embassy since my WAEC is over 3 years old.

There is no short cut to UK immigration rules. So many weird things have been happening of recent with people using AGENT for their application. Please be careful so that you won't be banned from entering UK for 10 years. I think part of those reasons for the recent delay in visa application was due to some Nigerians using agents and thereby submitting fraudulent documents. I have witnessed 2 people applying to UK for January 2020 admission and been denied and then banned for 10 years because of their agent foolishness.

I warned both to resist from using agent but none listen to me so I have no apology to give to them.

Go there every day, and also pray. They don't accept walk in for priority, except they have few appointments on the day (meaning some people might have opted for super priority or had a walk in before their appointment date). Always stay till noon, you could have your luck.
Walk in costs an additional 42k which you pay with your card.

Which school? There might be a deadline for enrolment which will be stated on your CAS. Some schools give 2 weeks or 1 month extension from resumption date.
Priority would suffice if there's an extended date.
Super priority will be required if your CAS states you must be in school by 13th January.

About that TB certificate, must I do another xray?
I did medicals mid last year for Canada so I don’t know if IOM can use that test results to prepare a TB certificate rather than me doing another xray. Apart from the money involved, exposure to xray once again in less than a year is not too good.
Any ideas or anybody been in this situation before

Biometrics done 13th December
Invited for a credibility interview on 23th
Interview lasted for 1 hour with 18 questions asked.
Got mail to collect passport 30th December
Visa issued.

After completing my one year bsc top up course Can I apply for masters immediately after my masters in the UK (provided am given two years post study visa)

Or do I have to come back to Nigeria to apply for Masters..?

My advice! First lock down that 13th January, then maybe you can start pressing for them to assist you with an earlier date. Slots fill up fast, so don’t delay any longer.
