Hi house, My spouse dependent visa came with work restriction written on it, and also their was no letter in the DHL envelope but others had letters from UKVI to present on arrival.. My agent says this isn't an issue especially the letter.. what do you guys think? That until I pick up my BRP before I can complain

If it’s a student visa, it would come with a 20 hours/per week work restriction. As for the letter of don’t think it’s important because i was never ask to provide it at the border

Guys please I need your opinion. So my sister in law is also planning to travel to the UK in January. She hasn’t paid her deposit yet but she said she has started counting her 28days. She also said the school agreed to give her CAS regardless of tuition fee. I have started counting my own 28days and my closing date is 22th of January. Now she said she wants to use my statement of account to send to her own school and she would tell the school she kept the money in my account: please is this even safe? I dont want anything to jeopardize my chances of getting visa. Do people do this and get away with it? Like use someone else’s statement of acct as proof of funds?

You can always change it, would cost u a bit tho

He said there is a new rule for tier4 bank statement, that it must carry the name and contact details of the customer service officer who issued the statement. I am worried about it because what my bank gave me has a stamp and the name of the officer who signed it but not his contact details. See attached file number 8

The only reason you should be showing part of of tuition fee is because part of it has been paid as deposit.

The rest plus maintenance fee should normally be in one account.

The way I go call the ehn, to be honest just buy Skype credit and give those people the call of their life

I chat with the enrolment advisor from the school. Yes u can use you, but you would have to go back for them to change the University address and all, you would need to pay a small fee tho

To be honest I think you should throw it away. I know it’s hard cause you would have to apply for another passport and the process is hectic. If UKVI discovers that those visas are fake there’s a 100% guarantee that you not leave Nigeria. US, Canada, EU would not look you o.

You made a mistake and your punishment is for u to start a fresh. Better u embrace that. The school might send your visa stamps to ukvi so removing it would no remedy it.

God will punish your your agent, I can assure you that there’s a high chance that Ukvi would verify those visits. To be honest I feel you should forgo your application to that university, apply to another uni then remove the stamps or even better, get another passport.

Please I need your advice... I was once denied a Canada study visa due to purpose of intent.. I intend to apply for a UK visa... Buh I am feeling so guilty because I have never traveled out before but my agent stamped Dubai and Gambia visit on my passport when he helped me with d Canada visa application... Now I intend to be honest and apply for UK visa myself.... Should I tell the agent to remove d stamp on my passport (it can be removed) although he assures me that it is genuine stamp but I do not believe him or I shud go ahead with it like that.... Please I need your advice, what should I do... Bearing in mind Dat Canada as my information on thier system... Do they share data with UK...
