Vat will no longer be centralised as we have it now. VAT will be paid by consumers at the point of consumption, and not companies/manufacturers paying from source.
Abia will generate more, likewise Anambra, kano and rivers. Lagos VAT will be reduced as most companies will pay states before dropping any products manufactured in different states.

My only fear on this VAT is double taxation as Lagos will force the company to pay, likewise the receiving states and also consuming states.
