Investment / How Big Does It Have To Be? by Calexzy(m): 6:50pm On Jun 14, 2023
Quick question guys,

Let's start a discussion

How big does an investment have to be before it's considered as one?

How Little will an Investment become before it's no longer regarded as one?
Religion / Do You Want To Get Closer To God And Build A Solid Relationship With Him? Read by Calexzy(m): 2:30pm On Apr 27, 2023
I have always felt the urge to draw closer to God and try to know him better

A question was asked, "if you were asked about God, would you give your version of him or you'll give someone elses version?".
God always wants us to have our own version of him so when we speak to him in that language and worship him, he feels you and it differentiates you from the general version others use.
For example; if you have a friend you work together with or go party with, you two will have your work/ party shenanigans that feels more relatable when you two talk about and it can't be same if you try to share those same topics with another friend.. You get the point?

How do we draw closer to God? How do we build a personal relationship with him that has a version different from any other person?
Outsides the benefits the canal mind sees, i need you to see beyond that.

This piece was written for the sole purpose of people who want to build and love God unconditionally!

For people who wouldn't have anything at the back of their mind

For those who will give without thinking about receiving.

a Personal relationship with God is soothing, It develops your mind, pumps your creativity and fuels you with a clean energy.

Let's get into it.

Never feel uncomfortable to talk about God
ROMANS 1:16
16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

You will get to a point where by conversing with peers or your daily meet ups, and a "God" topic pops in your mind. Never hold back or feel you might seem too religious.

Equip yourself Daily
Design a routine to help you stay on track and stick to it
This routine is to feed your mind and soul develop you spiritually
You should help get thirsty for God as each day passes.
Mine is, I don't eat until i have read the Open Heavens for the day as well as meditate on it. This helps me a lot.

Don't be scared to start as little as possible but be consistent.
Hebrews 4:12
12 For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.
Psalms 119:105
Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.

Joshua 1:8
Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.

Have a Prayer Group
In today's world, this isn't a problem to find one. Get on a group and join them daily to pray and study God's word.

This should be seperate from your personal study
Matthew 18:20 (NLT)
For where two or three gather together as my followers, I am there among them.”

Have a Service you're rendering in his House
Being a worker in his house is very important. There's no way you put God's house in order that your own house won't be put in order

1 Corinthians 15:58 NIV
Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.
Romans 12:1 NIV
Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.

One of the things the devil uses to hinder people from maintaining a good relationship with God and drawing closer to him is Guilt
It's not talked about enough that when you decide to take this great step, they'll be alot of drawbacks and backsliding. This often happens when a brethren is battling with addictions and past habits.

God sees this and knows your weakness. The devil will try to guilt trip you to forgetting that God even forgives you before you commit that sin. This makes you try to move away from him because you've tried hard to stop but can't.

Well, you can. Talk to God today
John 14:26

But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you.

Build a wall of fire around you
Zechariah 2:5

And I myself will be a wall of fire around it,’ declares the LORD, ‘and I will be its glory within

Set boundaries to protect you from people who can lead you that sin

Investment / Mistakes Forex Newbies/ Investors Make That'll Cost Them Their Growth by Calexzy(m): 12:46am On Apr 27, 2023
Hello reader, I'm a writer, Forex trader.

Most people who come into forex always have this problem

They have really raised expectations in a short amount of time. This hope doesn't drive positivity into them, rather
It puts them Into constant pressure, stress, depression, loss of resources, and there's more to that.

There are more real problems traders/ investors encounter and I have written all these things in my previous post

I also contains an opportunity open for Newbie traders who wish to start their forex journey, avoiding all the mistakes i made in the past 5 years.

Get it here.

Investment / 7 Key Reason People Fail In Forex Trading, Can't Push Their Career. The 'don'ts' by Calexzy(m): 2:16am On Apr 24, 2023
In One minute, I'll describe you. If this is you, then it's you I'm writing to.

My 5 years trading experience has taught me a lot and exposed me to the experiences of others. It wouldn't be out of place if I show you some of these things so as to aid your journey and help you achieve the positive parts of this industry as well as furthering Forex as a career.

Most of the things you see on the Internet are sugarcoated and has a lot of fake livestyles with truths behind the scenes which most people don't see. Hence this makes newbies and ignorant people gullible and fall for mouth watering offers.

I'm here to show you the light, hold your hand and walk you through all you need to know so you don't fall for the next big scam.

you might be wondering, who's this guy and is he in the right place to show me the right thing, How authentic is he?

I am Emmanuel and i help people and businesses scale their Income, showing the income generarating models which are proven to be successful provided you are willing to become successful.
I have a strong background in Forex Trading, Writing and Marketing. I have fallen several times and gotten back up. That's the path of every successful trader you see out there. There are things I wish I knew before now and other routes I should have used in my forex journey and I'm proud of how far i have come. I am willing to hold you by the hand to avoid some things, hence accelerate your Income journey.

Let's proceed.

There are several things which hinder people from thriving in the Forex Industry, I'll mention

1. Greed: First thing people hear is Unlimited money. There's a process to it.

2. Lack of Skill: The same way people go to school to get a degree, there's a learning curve for forex traders. It takes consistency to get to the top

3. No Father FIgure: Just like how every home needs a father, and every individual a God (a Father). A Forex trader needs a mentor.
The problem these days is that most mentors are just interested in your money and become too busy in coaching you. Some motivate you more than they educate you. They'll preach more than they teach. It's hard to spot these kind of people until you get under them.
Be careful cause once you get under their trap, they'll milk you and waste your years.

4. Capital: after getting some premium experience in this niche, without having an income source to fund you forex business is another hurdle. Having a good amount of capital (not too big) but enough to practice good Risk management with is key.
Making money from forex passive income sources is a major thing people don't know about. You can get funds from passive sources and use them to further your education or step up your capital.

5. Time: If you have a lot of aspects of your life, it will be difficult to keep up in this industry. Therefore you should be ready to cut a lot of excesses. I am a student athlete, Engineering student, Digital Creator etc. Managing all these aspects of my life is tough adding the forex lifestyle to it but Time management is key.

6. No access to Educational Materials: Most of the early part of my forex journey was sponsored by curiosity, love for the industry, consistency, and a bunch of free materials. Most forex educational courses are really expensive but worth it's worth, but how do you expect a newbie from an average home to get access to a $2000 course? How many years of savings will that take?

7. FOMO: This is an abbreviation for Fear Of Missing Out. But I'll talk about fear in general. It take hold of newbie traders, shatters their confidence and holds them back from acting on what they know hence acting via their emotions. In this niche, you'll have to kill your emotions to push.

If you're still here, you'll notice in all I've told you today, i didn't come to sweet talk you into being a forex trader, it's not a business for everyone but it rewards the diligent.

If you are patient to give yourself time and trust the process, then you'll become very successful in this niche provided you have the right information and circle.

These are the people i want to help and show the light. My five years experience + all I've gathered from others ahead of me is what i want to give you access to.

Business / The Investments I Put In On The Weekends For My Business by Calexzy(m): 5:36pm On Apr 01, 2023
Hi reader? How are you doing?

Being a business owner, what investments do you put in on your off days?
I mean the time you're not exactly away from business but also the time you're not actively at your business.

Everyone pushes for growth and tries to work towards it.

Today, I am spending my weekend informing and educating people about funnels for business alongside some speakers.

They will also dive deeply into the online marketplace talking about the Digital skills people need 2023 to skyrocket their personal branding alongside self-development.

You're highly welcome. Hop in right now as this space is about to commence.

Romance / Best Place You And Your Partner Can Spend The Weekend. Budget Friendly+good Time by Calexzy(m): 3:10pm On Mar 31, 2023
As a couple, most times it's a struggle to find good and chill places that can help you and your partner get in the mood and enjoy yourselves after a long week.

Sometimes, because of how tough it is at times, couples settle for less or end up going over their budgets. Even at that, satisfaction isn't reached at times. Mixed feelings and worries flow which spoils the mood.

Quick question: Do you have a place in your mind you wish to take your partner this weekend and get them spoilt?

You should study your partner enough to know the kind of things he or she likes and where they like to go

Could be a favorite spot, favorite drink or meal, and so on.

But I want to work with those who haven't found a place yet for their partners

I'm looking for those that won't withhold spending quality time with their partners and would go to the ends to build and strengthen what they have.

I believe I'm talking to you now. Stay with me closely

For you to achieve satisfaction, you should find a common ground between you two. (or three, idk oo😂)

My part is to share that common ground as your padi.

As I don de help you now you be my padi

I am recommending a safe space for you and your partner this weekend. The fascinating part of this is that you do not even need to spend too much to get to this place.

You won't even get charged to access this space. The only thing you'll be spending is your quality time and the strength you'll use to drag your partner here.

Because when I reveal this space to you, you might even want to bring your family people to join. I also believe you be better person so you no de hide update.

I'll be hosting a Twitter space " The Online Marketplace" and it holds on Saturday by 6PM GMT+1
I'll be talking about a variation of Digital skills people like you are using to flex.

There are also speakers who have made it from these same skills and are currently helping people get on their feet.

I will also be teaching business people some secrets about sales funnels and how to convert more people into your sales process.

Trust me if I tell you that there's no way you won't benefit from spending time in that space.

Investment / One Big Investment Once Or Little Steps At A Time? by Calexzy(m): 11:49pm On Mar 28, 2023
Hey friend, I'm pleased to talk to you again today

This is a This or That question

But this one is about your self-development

Would you rather make a big one-time investment or Baby steps at a time for quite a number of years?

Take your time to ponder on the answer you want to give and think of possible pros and cons of it

I'm not going to give you an instant answer but I'll talk about a few pluses and minuses about each of them

Firstly, the saying 'Rome wasn't built in a day'
Body builders didn't achieve their dream body in one decision of hitting the gym
But it took steady and consistent 'baby' steps to get to where they are

Do you believe in luck? Or a fluke?
Do you think you can magically blow up?
Or you'll wake up one morning and find your content trending?

Tate will say 'There's no such thing as luck'
No one ever got to a big position by being lucky.

It takes baby steps (small steps) to get a big investment

DON'T feel you can just do one big thing and go back to sleep.

Good things come to those who wait and those who wait do little things consistently

It might not make a difference today, or next week, but surely.

So make moves and have a daily target to invest little by little (baby steps) in yourself.

One of them is by consuming content and experiences from advanced people in your niche.

Having said that, allow me to give you a big invite to this event. Come and experience a taste of value. A little daily Investment in yourself on the 1st of April 2023 via Twitter

Business / Would You Rather Improve Or Be Stagnant? Read Here by Calexzy(m): 12:37am On Mar 28, 2023
Improvements, Stagnation
These two words seem so apart from each other, but there's just a thin line separating them.
Unclear? Walk with me

People consume a lot of information passively and actively. You can be at the right location and right time aggressively taking in the right resources. Hence, you can either face Improvements or Indefinite stagnation.
You ponder, how come all my colleagues working with me are progressing, or how come my classmates are getting better grades than me despite attending more classes than them. How come I've been jumping from one online space to another yet I'm not making any form of money yet on the internet? Is this you?

Yes?

I'd say you leave what you're doing and focus on the piece of cake I'm about to share with you.

I studied a devotional last week and it talked about Action. In today's endeavors, people tend to accumulate more and work less. They'll rather join Twitter spaces in a week and practice just a little of the tangible stuff, yet put in more hours next week to bring in more junks till there's no more room to even move their feet. If this is logical to you (makes sense) then you'll know most of us have been there.
There is a lot of free and good content out there, but you shouldn't let it overwhelm you. Else, you should have an action plan.

Then you would be able to navigate between good and better content. You will know contents that will steer you off and you'll draw better to relatable content.

The importance of action is therefore likened to you in front of a mirror (like I have portrayed your looks today) you look in the mirror and do not adjust your hair or style immediately. It would be foolish to start adjusting it after you have left the mirror.

This is exactly how procrastination works.

Today, I bring you an action point, will you take it?
I will be talking more about this topic in relation to the Online Marketplace, would you join us?
If I have helped you today, do you believe I can impact more in you that day?

Romance / My Breakfast Story. Beware Of This by Calexzy(m): 11:39am On Mar 20, 2023
My Breakfast finally came in! And it was Hot.
I've finally found out why I've been single for so long and decided to give up on this couple's life.

Normally, I for don chop by Breakfast in peace oh, and not disturb anyone, but you guys need to hear this. Cause you're gold Because you're family. Also, you care about my well-being, and that feeling is mutual, so we are gees.
Let me get you right into this gist because time don de go, and Mondays are for better productivity.

I feel surprised! Heartbroken, and a part of me is gone because I never saw this coming. It hit me so much when I saw the messages coming in. Oh! what an error.
So how did this happen?
Last night, after I finished all about my day, I decided to open my laptop and do a few things before I went to bed. You know, a step every day. But it wasn't responding, and I pitied it cause I've overworked this laptop in the name of 12 gigs of RAM. I'd load up many applications and run them for days without shutting down my pc. Sometimes, the back heat makes me think my electric credit finishes so fast because of the power my 17" engine draws. My friends call it a "Supercomputer."

Anyways, I closed it and went to bed after I used a previous restore point to help it. I woke up to the mindblowing part of this experience.
It's so bad because I tried to fix things, but it didn't work, and i also got this in the morning!!. It's my bad attitude that makes people not want me. But as the saying goes, a problem shared is a problem solved' permit me, my brother, and my friend to share this with you

My flash drive just packed up and left me!

There's a lesson I want you to learn as you read this. Even if you do not believe in Christ.

It is often portrayed as people de hide update. Most times, it is perceived as only chaff is available. It is assumed that it is only not so good stuff that is given out. But if you read that book wer oga Luke write, you will understand that there is more than enough that has been given out.
This is where the problem lies:

Some of these updates fall on deaf ears. They never take action.

Some fall on "rocks". People who want to dwell on what they know and believe so much in it even when it doesn't work
The good thing is, The 'update' is never hidden.

There are people who are worth motivating and having in your circle.

Business / Failure Is An Option. Accept It, And Embrace Your Mistakes. by Calexzy(m): 9:30am On Mar 06, 2023
In my experience in life, I wasn't extensively taught about failure and mistakes. I grew to understand it and view it from various perspectives.
Embracing failure doesn't justify incompetence or laziness to put in the work/ effort but it means after everything in your capacity has been done and you still find yourself in a down state, you shouldn't reject who you are or abandon how far you've gone.
In this same view, we should look at the positive side of failure and mistakes.
People don't tend to show their failing side, most plastic people just post their wins. Do you feel things work 100% for them?

Keeping open arms to your mistakes will stop them from killing you and also teach you a lot by developing you mentally, and this contributes to Capacity Building.
People might not give you room for mistakes, such as your boss in the office, your team coach, or even your partner. Some people aren't even permitted to make mistakes such as doctors, engineers, and so on but can you think of an Ideal human? i.e a perfect human?

I won't regard myself as a failure in life but at multiple moments, I have failed and made several mistakes
Giving bad passes, taking wrong shots in my basketball games (i made mistakes)
Not meeting my cut-off marks when I wanted to get into school ( I failed at it even when I didn't fail the exams)
Applying for several work opportunities and getting rejected (Failure)
This and even more, but that didn't stop me from practicing & playing more games, getting into school, and looking for more job opportunities.

I will attach below some screenshots to show how I faced rejection or as my people will say 'Shege', felt bad but didn't let it spoil my day, and kept an opportunistic mindset regardless.

"Failure" instills anxiety in the minds of many people. It may evoke sentiments of embarrassment, disappointment, and shame. However, I'd say it's a necessary component of life and integrated into our lives for a reason and we MUST accept and embrace it because failure is ubiquitous.
One of the biggest mistakes people make is to do all in their power to avoid failing. They take no chances, play it safe, and stick to what they are familiar with. Although this may seem like a wise course of action, it keeps us from reaching our maximum potential and getting a step closer to perfection. We can only develop and accomplish great things when we leave our comfort zone and take risks.

Accepting failure is realizing that we are fallible human beings who will make mistakes. It indicates that, despite the possibility of failure, we are prepared to try new things and take chances. When we accept failure, we can look at it as a chance to advance.
Failure unlocks the improved version of you. The people with a great amount of experience are people with several instances of failing and making mistakes.
The world's most prosperous individuals have all failed at some point in their life. Successful people do not give up, which is what sets them apart from unsuccessful people. They correct their faults, change their tactics, and keep going.

The only problem with failure is when we allow it to weaken our minds and we feel we cannot succeed. That is when it cancels this out.
Let's ensure to guide our minds from the negativity that comes with it.

In conclusion, I feel we should give room and accept people who are making mistakes in their life processes, love them, and look for possible ways in our capacity to help them get back on their feet.
We can only develop and accomplish great things when we are willing to take chances and attempt new things. Failure may be embraced as an opportunity to develop, learn, and become the best version of ourselves when we accept it as a normal part of life. Thus, accept failure and use it as a springboard to success instead of being terrified of it. I also feel this isn't talked about enough so we should ensure to share this with someone because we do not know who might need it and if you have experiences related to this and feel okay with sharing that will help too.

Bless

Business / Milk Money Off The Internet Like A BEAST by Calexzy(m): 12:13am On Mar 03, 2023
Hello my people, How are you doing?

To those who regularly read my posts, you would have noticed I haven't posted in a while. Fret not, cause I am back better and stronger with greater content.

Just like one who has isolated himself from the world for months to come back as an unrecognizable person with several capabilities which exceeds that of his former self.

One of which is a premium tool i'm about to hand over to you.

Several people have been trying out several business models and schemes, some do not even know where to step their feet.

But this tool solves that problem. It is like a map or a compass, navigating you through the walls of money systems.

Someone said 'you do not make money but take from someone else' at this point i'm not even doing that. I am just informing you.

I have long released an E-book '4 ways to milk money off the Internet' which contains money making systems and it has impacted alot of people and my community.

I have then taken this piece to a premium level which contains:

1. Premium money roots, pro systems used by veterans in your niche

2. 50+ templates for you to pick up and get on track for any of the business opportunities

3. Access to a personal community only for this book which gives you access to other communities of the systems includes in this book

Now that just a little reveal, there's more to it.

Stick with me on this project as it's expected soon in 2023.

Bless.

This is the first time I'm getting to spend Christmas in Lagos myself. Adulthood signs hit so fast. I have been observing some mental frustration, a.k.a. "madness", among residents, and this was a sight that stopped me to watch. I'll term this 'agbero brutality' because if not, what else can this be?
I had just spent worthwhile hours with a relative who lived nearby so I decided to chill with family and as I returned, I witnessed.... omo, I'll have to change this to 'wetin my eyes see!!'

So I was almost home, and while I was helping someone with directions, #new me for area don de give person direction already...
The next thing that I heard was tyre screech from about ten feet from my standing point. Trust me, I've never been so unaware of my environment. As I de turn my head, I de hear multiple slaps and bangs on this black Toyota Tacoma truck. The saying "curiosity kills the cat" is a true fact, as I shifted to a safer angle for me to view the entire drama.
Well, this one wasn't staged like the ones you watch on Instagram all day, and I'm about to paint the scenario for you in detail.

There was a guy up front who stopped the vehicle, and the other was at the driver's door. He bursts the driver's glass and starts throwing punches while attempting to open the door, which has been locked from the inside. The punches kept going in and never stopped, as I didn't see who was at the receiving end. I was so clueless as to what must have transpired between the thugs and the driver because I've never seen someone being beaten this badly, except for theft. It didn't stop there; as the agberos struggled to get inside, you could tell it was a war because it took three agberos to get a single man out of a car. I've never seen a man so strong. They pulled hard.. really hard and this guy was still struggling to remain inside. as if he knew his fate immediately he steps out. One of them opened the trunk and started removing goods and throwing them on the road and to different places. People even started taking some of them and fleeing. I just said to myself, "How can this be practically correct?" One guy reached into the vehicle and removed an iPhone (has to be the 12 or 13 Pro) and took custody of it. Oga was finally out of the car... Bringing him out was like trying to put a cat's back on the floor.
His face had swollen, and his white singlet had turned red. Blood was everywhere. By this time, traffic was everywhere and cars were stagnant.
I was left out in places where a lot of Yoruba was used to communicate amongst the thugs as slaps followed each sentence. It was like watching a Korean movie without subtitles (not saying I watch K drama anyway). Curiosity again! I took a step forward and asked, "Chairman, abeg wetin happen?" "Wetin them de talk?" I asked a man in his forties who couldn't possibly change it for me.
His reply left me stunned.
From that time until this very moment, I still can't fathom if he deserved such treatment from the agberos. The man in his forties said to me, "They are saying he hit someone and tried escaping." Now, I'm not certain if he hit a car or a person, but it was about that.
From my experience with the Agberos so far in this town, I don't see them as bad people exactly. I just see really motivated people who show up irrespective of the odds against them. They are on the roads early and try to make a living. Nevertheless, there are bad eggs as well as among us who act morally distinct. They also help me navigate my stops properly; how nice...
Another thing that really got me was that as I tried to study the man being assaulted, he didn't seem innocent. I didn't just judge at first glance, but I've been there, and when I see people wrongfully treated, something feels different. It looks like he embraced what was brought upon him like he deserved worse. In less than five minutes, a man grooving in his ride looking soft was brought to zero. anyone who knows him and ran into him at that moment wouldn't understand what nor how.
Before I could finish my study (detective feeling), everywhere scattered. Everyone took to heels, and before you say abracadabra, I was already flaunting my athletic abilities, flying over cars, and even competing with an aboki bike man.
I got to realize it is true that in Nigeria, you do not need to see what is chasing others but to keep running away, Best if you found out later. I figured I had cut my freshly launched Croc. What a Christmas to remember! My best guess is that the cops turned up, but when did we start having cops? (If they carry you, they fit charge you with attempted murder like that) besides, I've had my first share with these people and their doings (Story for another day).
Please let me know what you think about this, and I have two thoughts:
These agberos no de do anyhow reach like that. He must have forked up really bad to be manhandled that way
Jungle justice shouldn't be a thing anymore. There should be a proper way of settling these things but where the system isn't reliable, It promotes things like this.
Well, let me know your thoughts. Merry Christmas to you. Bye.

Another time to look back at all the hardwork, struggle and hope I’ve put in to shaping myself in being who I want to be.

I am grateful for who I am today, still working hard for who I have to become.

Kobe will say ‘It’s about the journey and not the destination’
Jobs/Vacancies / December Opportunities To Look Out For by Calexzy(m): 9:55am On Dec 15, 2022
Hi Nairaland, It's that time of the year where we come together to chill and spend time with family for the festive seasons. Most have come across several life changing opportunities while some haven't even stumbled upon them.

I am one of the people who have stumbled upon several opportunities that has made several lives better.

Although all these depended on the way we all saw these opportunities and the way we handled them. A lot of time and hard work has been put into making this year a better one for ourselves, some have crushed their milestones, some have just gotten to it while some will get to it before the end of this year.

Nevertheless we should become the better version of ourselves each time we look in the mirror.

Business / N1000- N1 Leaves You N999 Days To Get Broke by Calexzy(m): 4:19pm On Oct 23, 2022
Hi reader, a wonderful afternoon to you. It's been a while i wrote on Nairaland but that was due to the ban i had about 3 weeks ago which kind of left me with very minimum excitement to post here. Nevertheless, the writing creativity in me kept throwing me various writing ideas and arts and i wish to deliver a piece.

The whole idea about today's topic is in relationship with an experience I've had. I must have said this one time but for the sake of you reading this, I bring this cherished piece before your beautiful eyes today. So while you sit and cross your legs with a bottle of champagne, also pay close attention to this as i will reveal a tip you should stick up your sleeves.

Getting broke is something some cash-filled personnel think is highly impossible or tough to happen but this can begin at the slightest wrong decision you make. That means you do not get broke in a day. NO!. This does not also mean you cannot become broke in a month. This thing isn't an instant thing and sometimes you get to see it very late so once you're 10% from being broke you begin to see it coming but by this time it's Late. This explains that it takes a couple of bad decisions and actions towards your financial generator without sensing a fix in time.

I might want to go forward to give detailed decisions but i might not be able to finish this piece in time.
My advice: Take a deep dive into your finances and marginate your Investments alongside with your expenditures, then savings.

Make a quick simulation of that margin against a year or two from your current status.
N/B: You might want to go as far as 5years or even 10 years. But 10 years should be good at most.

Now what if you do not even have an investment?

I can tell you about 5 lucrative models you can start right now with very minimal capital. You do not even need an office.

Because trust me, You might have a MILLION today. All you need is time or a problem. That money will finish.

At this point you'll see I have helped you with a bit of margination already. I leave the simulation to happen before your eyes.
