GSI are the ones with issues and mostly ROMs ported from GSI.

To use these ROMs you just av to make do with d features you use often that are available in dt particular ROM.

Hello, I'm bothered about swift key keyboard and my privacy.
I discovered that if I'm typing, it brings out suggestions that I've never inputted before.
It's more like it reads everyoage I've visited and saves the words. Like if I quote someone on Nairaland, the moniker of that person get saved. I wanted to type savage on WhatsApp, and it brought out Savagethe21st as part of suggestion. Savagethe21st is a Nairalander I've quoted before bit I'VE NEVER typed that before, so how the hell did SwiftKey get that? And that's one of many instances.

There's an option somewhere in the settings to "allow SwiftKey learn from your messages", I think that's what is giving it the permission to snope that much into ur messages.

Anyway, I don't use SwiftKey, I prefer GBoard, OR one very good keyboard but that is no longer supported called "Kii Keyboard 2"

my oga, I'm officially done with ppsspp o. I've played all its great titles from resistance: retribution, god of war series, call of duty series, 3rd birthday, Syphon filter, pes, wwe, metal gear, SOCOM etc... my device cannot handle dolphin emulation seamlessly and sadly mobile gaming isn't getting any better these days (I think Pascal's wager was the only good title we've had in a long time) except all those online games which are designed to milk users of data and even money. I'll still be around to keep the thread alive cuz we've come a long way but God willing console is my next stop.

I av been hearing you guys mention this "Pascal's wager" a lot here and I am tempted to try it.

Google calendar is actually super reliable, I can't find any calendar coming close to it in terms of reliability & backup.

2GB RAM is too small for Android phones these days... Ur best bet would be to use only the 'lite' version of all these social media appz plus YouTube.
And uninstall any unnecessary app in ut phone.

As for debloating, debloat only d apps you're sure ur phone can operate without, apps like 'MiVideo', 'MiMover', 'MiNote', 'Feedback app', 'weather app', 'scanner', etc

Battery drain issue during idle time with Masik 15 still raised it's ugly head with MIUI MIX despite doing a clean flashing, a total formatting of data . Lost 2% (70% to 68%) btw 12:44am to 5:19am. No any other major issue. The ROM is stable, no lag, no any weird behavior or performance.
I missed the iOS features of Masik like the central placing of time in status bar, iOS notification sound. Let's how it goes.

I read A LOT of user reviews before flashing ROMs and some reviews from people worldwide who've tested MIUIMIX are not exactly flattering.
But as you say, it's still a budding ROM that needs to be given some time. Until then tho, allow me to cruise in the cradle of Xiaomi.eu unrivaled smoothness

Actually, MIUIMIX which is also based on Xiaomi.eu is the cleanest ROM. Xiaomi.eu vendors are modified. MIUIMIX uses stock vendor which gives smoothest experience and good battery backup.

i av been on xiaomi.eu for some time now, and I can't think of MIUI ROm that can be smother than this.
