You have to flash the migrate backup you made. Also DO NOT WIPE ANYTHING after flashing the backup, just reboot straight, and if you've done everything correctly then you should get a notification to continue and RESTORE the backup.

See what will happen:
- you go fill a 'dispense error form' at ur bank.
- Ur bank will send an email to d bank of Mobil filling station showing them ur claim, and they'll av maximum of 24hrs to reply.
- When they don't reply will prove dt you're lying, then ur bank will credit ur account.

THAT'S ALL...

Actually in d real sense, it's YOUR BANK you should hold accountable BECAUSE you have a receipt showing DECLINED and they still debited you.

The USB cable is well plugged.
I noticed it was tipping on and off when I plugged it, I left it for like 5 mins and it didn't charge.
I didn't experience any power surge.
Right now, it's charging but it still shakes(charge and uncharged)

Change charger, if you're using a Fast Charger, it MIGHT be d culprit.
Also is you're on a custom ROM, you might need to change to another ROM.
But first try charging d phone with another charger.

Which MIUI ROM would u suggest for Redmi Note 7

when you wanna pay for stuff on play store chose the Mobil money option and then follow instructions.

And hope your card actually does online transaction cause most of the time they would have to activate it for you from the bank

I don't know if it's just me, but d only option I get is to 'add credit/debit card'

the easiest way to do it is to get an Etisalat SIM and download the 9pay app on playstore and register. Put money in it and use it to pay for stuff on playstore.

Or change your playstore account to US account and try the transaction with your GTBank again

I have 9pay account already, but can't link it to Google Play.
