I am creating this trend to address one of the hurdles that many job seekers usually find difficult to cross. If you are looking for a job, attending an interview is what you cannot avoid. But unfortunately, being called for an interview is not a guaranty that you have gotten the job.

Perhaps you have been attending interviews with no job to show for it, something is wrong somewhere.

Erroneously, some have concluded that it is one witch from their village that is responsible for their ordeals. Well, you may be totally wrong.

What you don't know, you don't know. And you will definitely pay for what you don't know in one way or the other.

Staying long in the job market beyond a reasonable period is one such price you pay.

A wise man said, "there is no mountain anywhere, every man ignorance is his own mountain".

Have you got to think about it? Why is it that ten job applicants were called for an interview, and one person was chosen?

Have you ever tried to find out why you were not the "lucky" one?

Well, my mentor usually says, "what people call LUCK is not actually luck in most cases, it is when preparation meets with opportunity". It is not how many interviews you attended that count. But how prepared are you for the job you are looking for?

This trend is to give Nairalanders that are looking for jobs an edge over others. In this trend, I will be giving you common interview questions you may likely be asked.

These questions are already answered in my favourite blog. But on this platform, I will not be the only contributor.

I believe that we have many HR experts and other people who are willing to share their experience on how they were able to land their dream job.

Therefore, it is going to be very interactive. But I plead with you, if you don't have the answer, you don't need to comment.

Tips: This is the opportunity for you to sell yourself. If you can't sell yourself, nobody will do it for you. This question becomes more relevant, if you are applying for a sales and marketing job. If you can't sell yourself, it is a clear indication that you may not be able to sell the company's products or services

By the grace of God, I own my own business. But funny enough I have received such message about two times. I don't need anyone to tell me that it was a scam since I never applied for any job in the past 10 years

To be candid, you may need to endure the situation for some time so that you can save some money to pursue your passion. It seems corporate job is not your bit. As you acknowledge that you are not that good in English. It may be difficult getting a good job in corporate world without developing your skills especially in your areas of deficiency.
Mind you, pursuing your passion is not an escape route either. Competition is real in the marketplace. Therefore, whatever route you want to take, there is no place for mediocrity. So, you need to brace up.

Your answer will largely depend on who is asking you the question or the situation per time. There's no answer that can fit all situations. There are instances where saying 'fine' will be okay. Also, there will be situations when you need to open up that you are out of job. Certain people may be in a position to help you.

It's very easy to fall back to sin if you don't keep the revival fire burning. Ensure that you read the words of God daily. Mind the people you associate with. Don't forsake the assembly of the brethren because iron sharpens iron. Most importantly, you need to flee from every appearance of evils (sins).
These will prevent you from falling back into sin.
Peradventure you are already back into sin, you need to rededicate yourself to God. May God help you and uphold you with His victorious right hand of righteousness in Jesus mighty name amen

Before you start reading this article, let me make it clear that I don't promote sins neither do I encourage anyone to indulge in sinful acts. A true child of God should run away from sins.
The truth is that, no sinner will enter the Kingdom of God. Am I not contradicting myself? No! If heaven is reserved for people who has not committed a sin, then no one will make it to heaven. I know some people may want to argue that they don't commit sin. Well, this type of 'holier than thou' attitude is risky. Bible says, all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. If God says ALL, then you are included. In fact, all our righteousness is like filthy rags in the sight of God.
So, don't let me digress too much. See why it is not your sins that will make you go to hell. When God realized that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God and He still doesn't want anyone to perish. He needed to send His Only Begotten Son, Jesus to this world to die for us. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
John 3:16". The Blood of Jesus that was shed on the Cross of Calvary serves as atonement for our sins. So, with this provision, your sins are watched away. All you need to do is to acknowledge your sins, confess them, ask for God's forgiveness and then forsake them.
But if you reject this love of God, that sin will definitely lead you to hell. Even though God loves you, you need to accept that love of God in order to escape the judgment that is awaiting sinners that refuse to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour. Don't forget that the Bible says "Love is as strong as death". Therefore, rejecting that love of God is what that will lead to eternal condemnation.
So, no matter how big your sins are, God is calling you today. He still loves you. He doesn't want you to perish. Accept Him today. He will forgive your sins and open a new chapter unto you. The Bible says, Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV.
If you are ready to surrender your life to Christ, pray this simple prayer.

Lord Jesus, I come to you today as a sinner. I know you died for me and on the third day, you rose so that I can be justified. I confess You today as my Lord and my Saviour. Lord Jesus, come into my heart, forgive me and cleanse me from all my sins. Save my soul and write my name in the Book of life. Thank You for saving me. I will serve You all the days of my life in Jesus name. Amen.

Well, both ladies and men are familiar with this type of story. "I love you" in most cases usually precedes every relationship. But why is it that some of these seemingly love relationship end in pains, bitterness and regrets. Well, the truth is that, as human beings, we only see outward, it is only God that sees the inward. Many hearts have been broken to the extent that some people don't believe there is anything called LOVE. They have given their heart in love, but what they got in return is disappointments upon disappointments. This type of pain is better imagined.

In case, you have fallen victim, I want you to know that there is still hope for you. And if you are still young and you have never experienced such, I say congratulations! Whatever the category you fall into, you can learn from your mistakes or from the mistakes of others. The truth is that, naturally, human beings are selfish. The Bible says that the heart of man is desperately wicked. But the questions is that, why is it easy for us to fall in love for a lady or man that we are not 100% sure he/she actually loves us in totality and we reject the love of Christ? This is the BIG question. Let's think about it. How can we reject SOMEONE that loves us to the point of laying down His life for us and then try to find love elsewhere? Are we not deceiving ourselves? The truth is that, no one can love you like Christ! Even while we are yet a sinner, He died for us.

So, it makes sense to accept the LOVE of the ONE who truly loves you. When you do this sincerely. He will heal your broken heart. He will guide you to the right relationship. Please, men (including women) are deceptive. But you can rest assured that the LOVE of Christ never fails. It is genuine. It never fails!

My brothers and sisters, Christ is proposing to you today, saying to you "I love you, will you marry me?". If you can say "yes" to a man or woman who can disappoint anytime, why can't you say "YES" to Christ today?. This is the decision you can never regret. He is knocking at the door of your heart, please allow Him in and everything shall fall in place for you. Bible says, seek ye, the kingdom of God and His righteousness, all these things(marriage, peace, job etc) shall be added unto you.
