There's a difference in this case. A pharmacy degree is only evaluated by pebc. That's the rule. There's no rule like this for lawyers. IFEAGO: |

IRCC states clearly "enter the highest degree for which you had an educational credential assessment if you studied outside Canada" and went on to list law as a professional degree for which a license is required to practice. In this case, your highest degree is llb which you have gone on to evaluate. IRCC didn't say it must compare with a professional degree by Canadian standards. So yeah, doesn't matterwhat WES compares it to. It is still a professional degree. BTW, I know some people who have gotten copr claiming points for masters with their WES bachelor's evaluation. This is because the llb and bl certificates were evaluated together. A professional law degree is a professional law degree and even if WES evaluates llb as a 3 year bachelors, it is still a law degree for which points for masters can be claimed. My point is, if using WES, evaluate only your llb. veritas3: |

Still Ghana. Content of the text is kinda misleading. Track your application online and you'd see it's being transmitted to the Accra office. Opotuniti: |

Honestly, you do not need to stamp a deed of gift. Not by a notary public, not by a commissioner for oaths Pacowo: 2 Likes |

Honestly, I had created this account and sent the message before I saw the myriad of posts *facepalm*. Always wanted to use this moniker actually. This was absolutely unintentional. mcstan18: |

[Hello MummyJaygirls Thank you so much for this amazing piece of information. I actually had to fly out of silent mode for this and will sincerely appreciate your response to my questions: 1. Was it just the cipm certificate that was forwarded to Wes? 2. Would Wes still have to contact the institution for transcript? Thank you for your anticipated response. quote author=MummyJaygirls post=67187302]For those of u looking for extra points and have CIPM cert, send it to WES, it’s evaluated as 3yrs. ACT FAST!!![/quote] |
