Olub123456789,

I am not a Lawyer, but I will assume you are deemed married until the divorce is finalized (I stand to be corrected). The complication here is that IRCC will most likely assumed you are still married though (and we all know the complication involved in your case including medicals, PCC, travel history and all that for a spouse you are likely not in good terms with)‎

But for this case (as it relates to submitting your application before a divorce is finalized), I suggest you put in the exact date you would submit the application (as it is the closest to finalizing the divorce).

Then you need to be very detailed with your use of the Client Information section- LOE indicating the process is ongoing et al (and please provide all the necessary documentations to back up your claims. Please make sure they are up to date) with an option to update such date as soon as the divorce is finalized.

Then raise a CSE afterwards to inform IRCC with regards to the eventual change in family composition (in your case, divorce) to include the correction to the date earlier presented.

*This is only my suggestion. I could be wrong though*‎

Fameli,
As long as th PCC was issued after the last time you were in the country (Malaysia), and you have not visited or plan to visit (cumulative 6months afterwards), YOUR PCC is VALID indefinitely.
Th validity of PCC only applies to current country of residence

Fameli:
I have come again o. HELP!!! I lived in Malaysia for sometime (School) and left there in 2013 i have collected a PCC that will expire this October can i still use it to submit my PR application. i intend to submit in November. Please HELP!!!

Disclaimer: yet to fill an express entry profile

However, Environmental Science is applied science in my opinion
I graduated with a degree in Architecture. I had electives from the other disciplines as listed. They all seem to me as applied science.
If none of the options in the drop down in the EE profile builder doesn't add up. I'll advise you stick with "applied science"
Again most courses in applied science are professional disciplines
Please see the attachment if it helps

Kontagious:
Hi People,

Please when filling EE Profile, what does one with Environmental Science Degree (Architecture, Estate Management, Quantity Surveying etc) select in Field of Study under Education. Talking about where Engineers selects Applied Science.

Anyone in the know please.

The debate has been flogged on another forum (canadavisa)
The general consensus is that for FSW Outland, you can claim education overlapping with work experience as long as you were paid within the period (i.e no study leave) be it full-time or part-time, based on several experience. However it will make more sense if is part-time. My own opinion
For CEC (canadian experience class), this rule does not apply as you can't claim same. IRCC confirmed this on their twitter handle

gogedda:
Good evening house, is there any adverse effect to ones application if one chooses his masters degree study as "Part time" as against "full time " in the drop down menu when filling the E-APR. This is because my Msc study overlapped with my claimed 3 years work experience.. I plan to choose the "part time" study option. Please who has gotten PR with an overlapped work experience and study?...

Seniors pls help me out Pls. Thanks

I never said Benin is under Abuja. I said "IF"

elfmann:

How can Benin be under Abuja? My take is: mail works to British Council, 20 Thompson Ave, Ikoyi, Lagos.
Travel / Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program-Connect Here Part 2 by Cannie(m): 9:12am On Sep 25, 2017
Yes I think, If indeed Benin is under Abuja.(I think he should be able to use the dhl service but I am not conversant with the procedure)
But if there is an office in Benin, it's easier.

twaintoy:

Thanks. He wrote it in Benin. Does that mean he would go to Benin for the application? Or Abuja since benin is under Abuja. All he wants know is if he's gonna dhl the bank draft, the test report and the request form to them in Abj? He just needs the step by step.

This is the usual format
They should have indicated you requested for a remark in reading
I am not sure if the procedure has changed now
Hope it helps

Good day housePlease I need your advice seriously.Me and my husband Ielts result came out todayMine -LRWS 8.5,7,7,7.5Husband- LRWS 9,9,6.5,7. first attempt (7.5,7.6.6.5)I am apply as PA because of the result, I am not sure of which of his result that I will use because we are thinking of remarking his writing in the latest result.if I use his latest result, we got 437if I use the previous one we got 433But with the current draw, 437 is safer. My question is that should we use the 433 and apply for remark or 437?The second Part is that I don't have upto 3years experience. Now we are thinking of claiming 3years saying that I started teaching when I was schooling, is that advisable? Please I need your advice please..will they confirm from where I work by coming or calling?thanks

"WRONG" in Donald Trump's voice
Why PNP? Unless age is not on your side
You obvioulsy don't have any work experience in Cell Biology. Stick with the other experience, and most importantly ensure the job description or duties are in NOC B at least
Your ielts result looks good to get you a maximum score

seunscooper:
Please I will like to know if my course of study has to match my work experience to apply for a PNP.
I study Cell Biology and Genetics from UNILAG but my work experience are
Customer Service Representative in glo- 2010- 2013
Business Sales Partner role in a Bank- 2013 till present.
I learnt some province expect that as I studied Cell Biology, my experience should be around Lab, Hospital
Please enlighten me
I took my IELTS last month L8S7W7R7
ECA will be ready 4th of October

Good morning everyone...

It seems PPR is very fast for Indians...I don't know if this is true, just speculation...a few people on the September Whatsapp group already got their PPRs...

Definitely not a conclusion at all. Just sampling opinions. Like cochtrane said "it is just in the head" only curious

dupyshoo:
How did you arrive at this conclusion? I know of so many people that wrote it once, put immigration and got good scores.
My advice is for everyone to prepare well. If your result comes out and you don't agree with the result, simply ask for a remark.
