I know nothing about this route, but I don’t think there would be such as study visa for a 3 years old as they are expected to still be in nursery. You and yours can try reading up on the EE application, it’s a more straight forward way to migrate to Canada. Read up on page 0 of this thread and later ask questions of things you’re not clear about.

My guess is, our application was not touched for a very long time, up until the ADR I think.

I had 2 US visa denials in the past, no UK.

Nothing yet. I’ve tried to take my mind off it...hence my delayed reply. I won’t let CIC give me hypertension. I know I shall receive my PPR at God’s appointed time.

Amen!!!! Same boat I'm in. It's so hard not to dwell on waiting for PPR because it's a major factor now in planning.
