Just got back from Hidden Figures. Yup, it's good. I see why Taraji & Octavia were nominated. Janelle was good too, looks like we can definitely add acting to her singing career. Although to be honest, I should have known from her stage performances and music videos.

EDIT: Whoa! Didn't know that Taraji wasn't nominated, I just assumed...oh well, at least she won as part of the cast in the SAG awards.

I've watched Arrival - don't expect an action sci-fi film, this is a sci-fi drama. It's well acted, but some folks may find it boring. I'm gonna watch Hidden Figures tonight at the cinema, I've been hearing really good things about it. As for Nocturnal Animals I haven't watched that.

Just seating here watching Gone Girl on Netflix and it's always amazes me how crazy and effective Amy is. B***h crazy, crazy as hell.
