You're right about that. The previous Thor movies constituted some of the weakest entries in the MCU. I think part of the problem with the franchise is the fact that they haven't really established Asgard and Thor's world in general to the point where we totally buy into it.

Hopefully this movie will set things right. Especially with the Hulk in it.

Ironic that it's the one that gave us the MCU films' best villain.

Public transport is always necessary, saves the wallet of the less fortunate. Due to the vast size of your country, it would actually be beneficial for the average Joe. In fact the only real issue would probably stem from the taxi/private hire sector. Speaking as someone who lives in the UK, the lack of public transportation in the US is very crazy to me. I live at least 2 counties from where I work, but I get there solely by public transport.
