SIRcumalot:
Iron Man for me.
black widow strangely undecided sometimes.

another question?
did you find that cap love interest thingy weird considering her lineage or is it just me?

I already knew about it, I was just waiting for MCU to go there. At least, it's better than the original where she was the younger sister before the retcon.

SIRcumalot:
thought about this too but then I remember infinity wars is going to be divided into two.

the ending I envisage was crazy and during that final showdown I thought I was about to get my wish but that would've been horrible.

I think hulk is going to be in Thor 3 that should be something.

mrdojo just go Wikipedia.

@caowho side where you on cap or Iron Man's?no need to give reason just wanna know.

Team Captain America, although sometimes Team Black Widow.

There do have some valid points.

Wow so tempting but I think I'll wait a little bit more. If there's any film that deserves to be seen in the cinema, it's this one. Only 3 more days

Where would you rank Civil War in the MCU? Is it the best marvel film like they're saying? And how good is the Cap trilogy when compared with the Spider-Man trilogy and TDK trilogy. Also who had the best performance in the film for you and what was your major disappointment? Rate this movie over 10

cc Cao, answers pls. I need all the hype I can get

I ain't rating yet, it didn't annoy me, but it would have been nice to see some resolution of some plots, that's one of the issues with a shared universe, but I'll live. It's interesting to notice how there are gaps in the Captain America trilogy because of the nature of a shared universe. The only thing I'll rate is the fighting, some grade A hand to hand combat scenes, definitely the best in the film verse of the MCU (probably second only to Daredevil in the whole MCU). I'll let y'all enjoy for yourselves first.

otobomax:
You are jut watching these? anyways i hope u watched it in full hd beacause that animae is crazy i love the part of the boss Damian speak to batman (his father) the way he likes mehn that guy is so full of confidence i love him. after the battle of him and his father in "son of batman" that was around 2014 i started respecting him a trained assassin by ras al gul himself.
in the movie justice league vs teens titans i picked alot from that movie aside the damian episode. is just obvious that superman cant defeat all villians or superhumans. look at the way he cant even stand Trigon.
in the movie dawn of justice i knew doomsday would be defeated but if it were to be darkside mehnn that guy is crazy even one justice league i watched the whole of the team could not take him down even after taking out his eyes. they had to open up a portal thanks to batman and wayne enterprise tech devices they just sent him to his world. there are so many figures out there the big guy Superman cant actually defeat.

I had watched all the DCUAOM except Batman: Bad Blood & JL vs. Teen Titans, so decided to finally watch them after I had rewatched Batman: Mask of the Phantasm, to make it a complete DC animated film fest. Superman doesn't do well against magic & the supernatural tends to fall under that particular category.

Justice League vs. Teen Titans.

Batman: Bad Blood.
**sings Bat Blood. Damn you HISHE**

Batman: Mask of the Phantasm.

Nudreds:
I have spoilers already for uc4 ,care to know?

Yamarita & Potarita are certainly not English words. Roasted corn IS roasted corn...This thread has got jokes. Na so I just waste my time like this . NL no go kill person.

2 Broke Girls.

davide470:
You don't have to follow. Just tell me i have your vote when the time comes

I no dey vote.

Just pointing this out: You didn't add the price for the games in your first pic - Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition & Resident Evil 2: Revelations.

Nihilist:
Oh seen. I've actually never cared for trophies. Arkham Knight for example requires you to platinum the game to get the full ending, or complete at least 75% of the missions to even get the partial ending. I just did the partial ending and watched the full ending on youtube.

I hail you though

I don't usually plat games, I just like trophies.

LWKMD! People get bad mouth-o. That tweet by TheMedusa_ is the truth, abeg make I no meet that kind person-o

Nihilist:

Your own akagum is next level.
I can understand your apprehension though...You could probably walk into CEX today and pick up the ps2 version for 99p

Actually, I can use my PS2 and simply look for my copy... Na trophy support I dey buy.

overlord77:
I wouldn't say we ditch graphics entirely, however, I've got to admit that gameplay and storyline does it for me.
Am a die hard COD fan and to be honest, I just LOVE the way the game takes me round the globe while maintaining that coherence in storyline.

True, it's just that I realised that graphics is not the be all and end all that some folks on here try to make it seem. There are some games that I've played that I really got into the story eg Life is Strange. Now, I'm not usually a fan of these type of games, but I got fully engrossed in LiS, I wanted to know what happened next, and the added benefit that I could change my decisions by rewinding back time just really did it for me. There was a scene where a character died & I literally started yelling "Rewind! Rewind!" while frantically pressing the L2 button while waiting for the cutscene to end. I followed Max through all the episodes, that when the final choice came, I didn't hesitate, after all the things I've done to get her character that far. Even if it was not the logical choice. Because of LiS, I've decided to actually give similar free games I've gotten from PS+ a try (in this case King's Quest).

In fact thanks to watching some game movies, I even got into The Wolf Among Us, I was so intrigued by the overall story the episodes were telling, I've been waiting for the price to go down so I could buy it for myself.

Then you see games like Super Meatboy and you wonder how are they so popular? That's simply down to gameplay.

Nihilist:
It's only 11 quid mate.

Just be aware that it's not a remaster in anyway. You're going to be playing with pixelated blocky characters, and the saves still make reference to a ps2 memory card.

Nostalgia makes the heart grow fonder...but when you play it, you may be quite annoyed.

I remember when House of the Dead 2 and the original Soul Calibur dropped on dreamcast back in the day, and the graphics seemed like the bomb. Red Hot Chilli Peppers dropped the video for Californication that was alledgedly rendered on a dreamcast based on rumours back at school.

Playing both games today makes me almost nauseous.

Hence why I'm still waiting...it's still pricey to me, £11.99 is closer to £12 than £11.

Nihilist, I'm tempted to play Bully, but I'm waiting for the price to reduce.

Of course I didn't see any copy, except the ones on eBay before they were pulled down. But, you've gotta love the irony.

davide470:
That's cool. Can't wait to watch it when it gets here though.

By the way, i need your support for bae, Ivyy. (Miss Nairaland Competition) https://www.nairaland.com/ivyy

You've got the wrong woman, I don't follow Mr/Ms NL.

Abeg, don't bring your Ms. NL talk to this thread.

Vanessa can't catch a break, she appears to be catnip to evil creatures...

parrotibaba:
I read somewhere online that it is the UN headquarters in Nigeria.

I was trying to not give anything away, I only later noticed everyone knew the city it's supposed to take place in...Lagos. The people I was sitting next to, probably got tired of me complaining...

SIRcumalot:
@cao,so is it better than Civil Wars or the first avenger movie?
also I don't think Spiderman is a mutant he'll probably belong to whatever class hulk is so no worries there,i think

I'm going with Inhuman because of the timeline factor, it matches with the Agents of SHIELD's Inhumans timeline. For me even though this film follows Captain America's viewpoint, it feels more like an Avengers film...or dare I say it a Captain America vs. Iron Man film, it's going to be compared heavily with BvS, since they share similarities. The first Avengers film always has a special place in the MCU, that was humans (& an alien) vs aliens & a team uniting together, this is humans vs humans & a team falling apart. I'll say Civil War simply because even with the small screen time allotted to all the other characters, we were still able to feel their plight. My main fear was that there were too many characters in the film & I wondered how they'd balance it. They actually did alright. Oddly enough, I didn't feel the runtime, not once did I check my watch.

Archer.

The fight scenes were...just amazing, I did have an issue with the first scene, not storywise, but the city it takes place. It kept bugging me 'cause I kept trying to pin the actual places...and don't get me started with their terrible pronunciation and I kept wondering why I couldn't really hear any of the languages or slang. Then I noticed a manhole & too many palm trees...I felt duped.

This is more an Avengers film than a Captain America film, they handled the extra characters well, they leave you wanting more. Spider-Man was a treat for his screen time, very memorable (I'm assuming he's Inhuman since the m word is not MCU). As usual, when the Avengers go to war, everybody feels it. MCU don change again, I can't wait to see the fallout in Agents of SHIELD & the rest of the MCU.

Black Panther...oh boy bad-o...Chei! Abeg BP film come out now! The guy is a warrior, he lands like a cat.

davide470:
Ada Ada,

How you dey? Was the movie cool?

The fight scenes were amazing...the Avengers experiencing the consequences of their action, na real divided we fall.

Should be getting the Civil War experience in 12 minutes...
