Looking through your PSN, why haven't you played a single FPS? Where's God of War? Is the utter magnificence of the gore and chaos too much for you? Now you could say that it's not available on the PS4, but you should have owned a PS3 previously, you're a true fanboy gamer! Dude?! C'mon son! You call yourself a gamer? Aggressively playing footie on your Playstation doesn't make you a baller, it just means you've got enough time on your hands to get almost every single trophy. Maybe, after you've populated your profile with at least 30 games, then you might be considered a gamer.

Annoying isn't it? When someone decides they're the paragon of gaming knowledge & everyone else isn't...Don't worry, I'll quietly seat in the corner and continue to feign ignorance, before I decide to actually annoy those guys who believe they know every single Nigerian girl and woman on a mental level.

I still find it funny that I used to watch Evil Dead during the Christmas season. For some odd reason, it used to be played on the telly in my village (I'm guessing we were receiving the neighbouring town's signals or something). The amount of times I've watched Evil Dead trilogy, na wa. The Necronomicon, a word that never left me.

Let's see films that scared me when I was little? Err... Chucky (AKA Child's Play) scared the heck out of me and It (the film about the killer clown) didn't help either.

I'm guessing you don't visit this section often, you really need to pay attention, you would have noticed my signature. I've played every God of War game except Ghost of Sparta & Betrayal. As for GTA - from GTA III to GTA V (and yes that includes Vice City & San Andreas). The only reason I never finished IV is the helicopter bit is not my friend. I'm very grateful they sorted out the flying in GTA V.

It's a specific area, in fact, too specific, not something the general public would know. Now the PES & FIFA threads made FP with no hesitation, 'cause folks know and play football video games. Plus, the added benefit of it being an actual sport could actually get non-gamers to play it.

For instance, if you had made it a general MK thread and not a SNES MK3 thread, there might have been some traction, I could have argued your case better. I did actually have to explain that the MK series still exists. And apparently, NL gamers make up a small percentage of NL, hence the abundance of gossip/celeb, politics & romance* related posts make up the FP.

*although the romance posts seem to be those annoying women [and men] should be this or that style of posts that bring out sheer frustration out of me.

@farellstone, you still haven't told us your graphics card or processor...we can't really help until we have the full specs of your PC/laptop.

@MadCow1, you were right about the Dreamcast, I might have only ever played one game, Shenmue, but it was all kinds of awesome. I remember the first time I played it, when the first cinematic played & I kept waiting for the gameplay to start, after about 5 minutes I was still waiting, until my cousin told me the gameplay had started. I hadn't noticed the difference, it looked the same.

Chei! Shenmue that game was pure awesomeness, I played and completed it, my only issue is that it wasn't my console, so I could never legitimately brag about it. It's a shame they cancelled Shenmue 3. I would honestly get a Dreamcast just to play Shenmue 1 & 2.
