And she is supposed to think you won,t disappear with her product if she sent it without any commitment from you. Smh. Lady said, this picture shows the size, the original with company label comes in tommorow and she will will send pictorial representation when she takes delivery of it. What's wrong with that |
So what if a man's hand snaps a sample (to show the size of the original as was clearly indicated in the convo posted) of the product, a lady is trying to sell? From the conversations, I see two people. A typical saleswoman trying hard to make a sale and a cheap blackmail asking for recharge cards. My opinion anyway |
currentprice:I still wonder why many are comfortable learning for 4-5yrs for a degree that may Nt make money but find it hard to practice for 12 months to master a skill |
Capitals:Chfjpy; Reduced stops to lock in some profit, and trades approaching profit zones. It's already a profitable trade with at least 350pts cumulative profits, that's I price reverses and hits my new stop loss. But if we hit targets that will more than double. That's how stress free and simple it can be |
Feshizzy:Na so now, the back and forth makes one feel petty. |
jorel1:Ok noted, so Its ok I you do not depend solely on trading but have other ventures that interest you. let's get back to the purpose of the thread. You could also check what Berkshire does so you see Its not all trading |
jorel1:Missed the entire point. Let me help you rephrase. YOU WOULDNT HAVE A DAY JOB IF YOU MADE MONEY FROM TRADING. But you do because you don't. And you think Warren Buffet has a job because he doesn't make money either. All hedge fund managers that make extra money charging clients a commission, which is a day job, don't make money either. Ok, that's cool. Afterthought; Trading is a not stress unless you haven't figured all the pieces of t puzzle. |
jorel1:read these lines and laughed, Warren Buffet is a trader and has a day job, tell me one successful trader you know that doest have another job, like managing other people's portfolio for a commission, investing and partnering in other ventures for a profit and learning how to affect the lives of others while profiting in the process. These are full time jobs bro, you may say they are CEO or on the board... CEO's work the hardest. The likes of you will say Dangote doesn't have a job. Trading is boring and too routine, unless you have a job, like trading as a firm, portfolio management learning about other fields and so on, the boredom will drain you. You get to a stage in life were money is nothing, but trading for some brings just money. I m good at trading, but I love offshore Marine logistics and oil field servicing so I work and learn about the field. Plus I don't work for money cos I will make money anyway from trading. I work to learn and get fulfilment. So, I beg to differ, not everyone that trades and has a day job isnt making money from trading. There are some though, just not everyone. Afterthought; you néed to see the kind of money that changes hands in marine/oil and gas. |
Capitals:Finally learnt how to edit points on my chart. CHFJPY as it stands. MAY consider EurNzd next, watching...
|
Capitals:And that is how the trade worked out with risk brought down to BE after trade went over 120 pts below entry. I ll move on to other pairs now. Good luck to the trades. All that's left is to adjust sl lower till TP or SL is hit |
shorty002:Yep, that's how I will play |

shorty002:Nice one, lets hope it keeps green. A good short term trade for me will target 60 to 100pts from this level with a 25pts sl. However I will prefer a higher high for a better swing position. before we trade down 100 to 120pts from my current sell position. because according to my pre-trade plan, if we go down 100 to 120 pts I ll take off my risk by bringing all trades to BE and I feel it may attempt to make a higher high. Personally prefer 117.70 for now as next potential swing levels before going lower. Either ways, all scenarios have been planned for |
shorty002:How often I enter a trade? I ll say not much. Cos of my trading style, I typically have just about 4 to 7 trade plans an entire month. And have between 1 and 3 trades per plan |
Capitals:Trade in red, currently losing abt 40pts. But I m really patient and going to stick to plan all through besides, Its my first sell in region. Could yet post a higher high thats also planned for. |
Capitals:Trade still acting my script, Still in range. looking at other pairs for similar set up. Got one sell already, watching to see if we ll post a higher high. Either ways I m ready for whatever outcome. |
Capitals:Range in play, no change in plans |
|
currentprice:Boss, learning from you o. Keep up your good work... |
Cool ![]() |
Beginning of the range is 116.7Xx , that's how I plan my trades and trade my plan. Even if there are no daily updates that's a reflection of what I will do, and will indicate a change in plans if any. If we don't get to that level, I will simply wait and check through other pairs for a similar pattern. |
Once I get a favourable price, for the swing trade will adjust stop loss when we drop 100pts and keep adjusting till it hits TP(hopefully) or SL. That's the plan. What will I do if it's going against me and how will I reduce my risk. Simple, alongside all I said earlier I will make sure my lot size is such that if all fails I won't lose what will cause me sleepless nights |
How I intend to handle it; that's a weekly chart and the entire range is about 250pts which is big. There are are lot of things I could do to reduce that risk but in this case, I will strictly look out for sell signals within that range that are at least a 100pts apart, if a higher trade get triggered the , will forget about profiting from the prior trade and so on, I could even decide to take a small loss on prior trade if I get a signal 100pts an above it. For my swings the first tp will be at 300pts, for day trade it will b smaller, but I will be taking all at the same price |
The pair is ChfJpy, Why; I see a fresh supply level that s in sync with the top of my dropping channel line. I also see a nice profit margin above 800pts though I will exiting my last trade at 500pts(very important for me). I m also of the notion that only a novice will buy after a rise in price at price levels where the chart shows there are more willing sellers than buyers hence the initial drop in price from that level the last time price was there |
Capitals:For those that have been in touch via mails these past few months, it's appreciated. As is the custom on FTA, I know my actions could be misconstrued and tongues would lash, nevertheless I do this in celebration of the season. I promised to walk you through one of my trades stating details of what I would do and why I would do it, and here it is. Note: trade could end in a loss so viewers discretion is advised. feel free to criticize, leave your comments and notify me if I skipped anything.

amolak:Yep, cos you keep looking out for the same things and doing the same things over and over again. Gets really boring, but the reward is worth it though. Nice one |
Ogboraph has been awfully quiet lately, I trust he has paid up the money he mistakenly miscalculated. Nice job |
olly12:And you know this by back testing or actual use? Hope it meets your expectations anyway. Enjoy |
olly12:If this works so well why will you sell for a paltry $20, too many questions running through my head but ![]() |
Ogboraph:Lol, be open to new ideas bro. No one knows it all. |
Shevychen2:Igniting interests here, I must have been underestimating that business model. Nice one |
