One thing you can do is to tell Wes to send your documents directly through FedEx (but you ll have to pay for it) in less than two weeks, the back and forth between UniLag and Wes would be over.

From the screenshot, the RR is on "Stat Questions" not police certificate. Did you answer yes to the questions around visa and entry denial on your application? If yes, the RR is normal. Nothing to fret about.
