Sorry bro........you wont understand this......but it hurts ,that you and just your landlord stay in a bungalow of two flats ,and you travel to Naija for a month, and you come back.....your house has been burgled........some weeks later,your landlord fights with his live in baby mama, she leaves and another baby mama comes to stay with him,and innocently starts using your stolen stuffs and flaunting them before you.How would you feel? Not to mention that anytime i come from Naija ,i must buy gifts for him like an obligation.

one of the reasons I make sure I carry complete documentation for my car ,myself my work and even my travel documents sometimes,I don't ever want to have any reason to have a nu arguments with the men in black.

Not 100% true ,I've lived and worked in Ghana ,and since I came back to Naija,even with all the negative news here,there is no year,that many of my Ghanaian friends don't ask for tickets to visit for holidays..... Meanwhile only educated Ghanaian landlord are human ,most of them illiterate ones that speaks only twi ,and inherited one old shackle from their great grand folks are from planet mars.

I have heard him speak English and the accent I pick whenever he speaks is typical Igbo accent..if his Hausa is more fluent then I don't expect the typical Igbo accent to surface when he speaks English...i dont doubt your relationship with him

Very sure he will...apart from the state owned rice industries....I know of two well functioning ,but state government backed private rice mills,in fact one of them is from my hometown and he has left his importation business in Lagos and relocated fully to NNEWI.
