2.The pump price we pay is for super quality petrol ,but we receive here in Nigeria is lowest quality.. Remember the case of the bad fuel, that no importer went to jail for?

Compare the smell and colour of petrol when you were younger to the rubbish we use these days,more over thus rubbish can be refined locally with a modular refinery.

EU and the US have placed sanctions on Russian oil and gas. They can’t get buyers easily. They sell at heavily discounted price to the few who are willing to risk the consequences of US and EU sanctions.

Russia has been selling at half international pricing for over 20 years.
