yahooz: Hi guys, it's PPR!!!
Single Applicant IELTS- December 4, 2017 LSRW(8.5,7.5,7.5,7) ECA- June 27, 2018 CRS- 475 ITA- June 30, 2018 Upfront Medicals- August 8, 2018(Qlife) AOR- August 9, 2018. Medical Passed/BIL- September 13, 2018 Ghost Update- January 18, 2019 PPR- January 18, 2019, came in 1:35am today.
Proof of funds was just a Treasury Bill which I did for 45 days a day before submitting the application. I didn't submit any 6 months statement, just the certificate.
Although, I submitted the statement of account of my salary account since inception under proof of employment.
Ordered GCMS notes twice, the second one is yet to arrive.
As at 2 weeks back, only criminality had been met, eligibility and security not started, called CIC to get the info.
All in all, God be praised!!! Congrats! About your upfront medicals, how, when and who uploaded your result to CIC ? I'm made to understand that its the clinic, so did you goback there for them to upload your result or you did it yourself |

umarwy: Don't know which area you are, in London you can get virtually every Nigerian ingredients. Here in Liverpool even Asian halal stores stock up on frozen bitter Leaf gari, and Nigerian spice.
Ask around for African shop's, you should also try the halal stores also. hopefully, with time I'll know my way around |

Hello everyone.Like I promised to give back to this thread. Virtually everything has been dealt with on the thread. I'll add something, also from a lady's perspective. Instead of buying sim cards from the airport at a high rate, you can get sim cards for free.Google the telecom online and see if you can get it delivered to your UK address for free after you arrive, provided you've got a place to stay already. You can bring some food stuffs too especially leaves.I haven't seen ugwu or regular nija veggies since I arrived. To save cost transporting yourself from the airport,Google ahead the diff modes of transport available, you can also book in advance (it's cheaper) if you have booked your ticket.you can just add an hour to the arrival time for immigration logistics. Ladies can check charity shops for wears.they are cheaper than some stores especially for sweaters and all except you have money to buy from regular stores. In all,Google virtually everything in advance for your trip,it will give you good perspective of what to expect. Ladies, bring enough thick underwear/tank tops.it helps with the cold when you have more layer inside. |

studyexec: Hello guys.
Is it possible to change the date for your Listening Test. Something very important has come up and I need to change the date (perhaps to the main exam date). Any experiences will be appreciated. Thanks. I don't think it's possible.change is allowed only on grounds of illness with evidence and must be weeks before exam date |

Tonnero23: This discussions after reading all through. I just want to make my little contribution.
Many a times we truly do not even know what we want in marriage. A guy claims he is almost 30 or 30+ and he is worried about marriage. First thing I believe he should be worried about is "where am I going?" Once this question is answered correctly then he is ready to marry.
Becos if as a husband you Dont know where you are going then how would be woman be a help-meet truly? Becos she is supposed to follow you and when you Dont know where you are going then where would you be taking her to?
To the ladies, a man of purpose makes marriage very sweet, and you too have to have almost same vision with him becos you are supposed to be his helper.
Lest, I forget everybody is clamoring for pics in dps, seems it is a very wrong approach to me becos many that are asking for that Dont even know where they are going first, they are still after curves and shapes and we all know curves and shapes don't make a happy spouse.
Thank you for readin Good piece. Some are more concerned about putting dp up as if it's all that matters. |
