I had to format my phone and it is telling me google process stopped. Can I take it to Carlcare office at Victoria Island and is it for free since the phone is not up to a month now?

Sorry about your phone.
You have to flash your phone. That is the only solution. Maybe I will write a more sophisticated post on how to flash phones but try this out How To Flash Tecno Phones Easily

Note* same procedure of flashing a tecno phone is required for flashing an infinix phone.

Please Guys, I have been trying to backup my WhatsApp on my new phone since last week and it has been telling me "You are currently roaming. Wait until you are not roaming". I have checked my phone settings and WhatsApp settings and I am not roaming.
