By the power confer on me by the constitution and the electoral act as amended, I hereby announce as follows .....
The candidate of PDP, Atiku Abubakar, scores a total of 8,456,387 votes in all the 36 States and FCT, while the candidate of The APC Muhammad Buhari, scores a total of 27,984,743 votes in all the States and FCT.

The candidate of APC, Muhammad Buhari, having satisfied the requirement in the electoral acts, he is fully declared the winner of the presidential election 2019.
