Tatu city is a private project maybe with a percentage government interference or interest..
It is being developed RENDEVOUZ .... a real estate development company...
Now they have a bigger interest in Nigeria called 'ALARO CITY' and just thought it right for their nigerian developers to liaise with their Kenyan counterparts since Tatu was their first.
All headlines flying around on Kenyan print and digital media was just journalists trying to masturbate many Kenyan ego's and pride.
