One annoying dude in in my computer school was telling a girl (who is also annoying) that I have a disease because I keep quiet everytime right in my presence (they said it in Yoruba).I wonder what they say when I'm not around

recipe for the sauce please?

I boiled my gizzard and seasoned it
While this was cooking. I sliced onion, pepper and green pepper and set aside.
I diced my plantain and fried. The gizzard was ready by then. I diced it and set aside. Then I blended onions and fresh pepper. I put some oil on the fire, low heat. The added the blended pepper and onion paste, while stirring, I added my seasoning, maggi, salt, curry, thyme, ginger et garlic paste. When it got a little dry, I added my tin tomatoes. Fried together, I added a bit of the gizzard stock. Allowed to fry while stirring. Then I added the earlier sliced pepper, onions and green pepper. Allow to cook for a while, then added the friend plantain and gizzard.
