Once again, we are faced with the undeniable truth that Africans will continue to sit for unnecessary exams like , TOEFL and IELTS in order to get access into saner climes. Please read the full text from what I read he simply said if u use the mail in ballot to vote also go to the polling booth to vote in person and if it doesn't reflect that u have voted using the mail in vote again ! It is simple logic!! |
