purplekayc:Starlink now accepts payment for the kit (costs =N=394,700) in Naira which is why you can now use your Naira debit cards. There's no need to resort to using a Dollar virtual card. |
richforever123:I read something similar to this somewhere on Nairaland which really got me flustered. That daily bonus makes a lot of sense if only I don't have to go begging Airtel to do it. I chatted with them on Twitter about it, but the person behind the handle acted like (s)he didn't know what I was talking about cos I was really interested in getting their 5G modem just because of the daily bonus on the "unlimited" plans. |
ayorinde217:Really? That's great news. |
Afikoo:You're correct. Airtel definitely provides better value for both the 15K/120GB and 20K/200GB plans. By all means, go for it and like I'd stated earlier, you're better off with the Airtel 5G modem which costs 30K compared to that of MTN which goes for 50K. |
Afikoo:Most definitely! The data plans in the screenshots are meant for routers. |
Afikoo:The highlighted plans are from both Airtel and MTN where you can buy their 5G routers for 30K and 50K respectively and subscribe to their so-called unlimited router plans for 20K monthly. While you will get a daily 10GB of data from the day after you exhaust your 200GB on the Airtel plan till the 30-day expiry of the plan, MTN on the other hand gives you a daily 5GB from the day after you exhaust the 150GB data till the 30-day expiry of the plan. If you ask me, the Airtel plan is the better deal despite both of them costing 20K monthly. Don't worry if you don't have the 5G internet service in your area yet as you can use the 5G routers from both providers to easily access their 4G networks.

directonpc:I extended my subscription sometime last year. It was about $59 for 24 months and it was a virtual card I used then. You can use my referral link below: https://surfshark.club/friend/GpQSH9xR |
directonpc:I use Surfshark and never had issues with it. |
ayorinde217:Hello Ayorinde, there's absolutely nothing wrong you've done. If you look at the attached screenshot, you will notice that Anthony Village (encircled) falls within the areas on the waitlist. Some good friends on this thread had suggested using a location outside of this waitlist areas as your service address as long as it falls within 5, 8 or 10km (I'm not sure of the exact figure) from your intended point of usage. You can check this by using Google maps to estimate the straight line distance between the 2 points. I know for sure someone who tried this method and is enjoying the service as we speak without any issues. You can try this out and then cancel the previous preorder thereafter. Cheers

Watch tonight's Champions League final LIVE on any device. Just make sure you set your VPN to the United Kingdom if you're not based there. This is legit BT Sport YouTube link. https://www.youtube.com/live/iVcqVxaauJo?feature=share |
orlaryhincah:This has effectively nailed the coffin for those Shylock traders selling the kit for 550K and above since every Lagbaja and Tamedun can now easily buy the kit with so much ease. Progress! |
Alienwarfare:With regard to the Apollo Group TV subscription, I hope you're aware that in the USA, Mexico & Canada only, you can watch up to 5 streams on only two (2) different networks (IP addresses) at a time. For all other regions across the world, you can watch up to 5 streams (TV, Phone, Laptop, Computer etc) on only one (1) network at a time (simultaneously). To beat this, you might have to invest in a reliable VPN that offers a Static IP address for y'all to be able to stream simultaneously. At the moment, the crystal IPTV (ottcst) is down as a result of the police raid in the Netherlands that happened a few days ago. And I understand that some accounts opened before January still work (I have one), while those opened from sometime in January are the ones affected by the shutdown. Personally, I don't invest longterm in any unofficial IPTV. Maximum I do is 3 or 6 months, but never a year cos of the possibility of a shutdown just like this recent one. |
