Dear Male partners, thank me later for speaking on your behalf. My dear ladies, why do you spend more money trying to look like Kim K to please your guy when you can spend less to keep him? I sat by a babe inside 'Elrufai' mass transit bus in Abuja today, hmm this babe was sooo beautiful and well dressed, her make up was nothing but perfect, her human hair was almost reaching her butt, her phones na machine and trust me na, I was lost in admiration until something fishy crossed my nose when she walked passed me to alight. WTF? it was sooo offensive that i had to put my self in the shoes of which ever man is dealing with that and dying in silence....Mbanu, this is not good for business at all! But you guys should be able to tell your ladies if you feel their V smell terrible na so they can start working on themselves because if you dont open up to us, we might not know....


Am a biologist, and with my little knowledge, i think i can offer some advice on how to care for your Vagina but before then, lets understand the possible causes of Vaginal Odor.

Causes Of Vaginal Odor
Vaginal Odor is an unpleasant smell that comes from the vagina area usually accompanied by irritation, itching, burning or discharge. It is caused by an imbalance in the Vagina Ecosystem either due to
Bacteria Vaginosis which is an overgrowth of the normally occuring vaginal bacteria, it is the most common cause of vagina odor,
Poor hygiene
Retained or forgotten Tampon ( a cylindrical mass of absorbent used as a feminine hygiene product).


The vulva and vagina
The vulva is the area of female sex organs that lies outside of the vagina. These organs include folds of sensitive tissue called the "labia" (labia means "lips". There are two sets of labia. The outermost folds are called the labia majora. A second set of folds, called the labia minora, is enclosed within the labia majora. The vulva also contains the mounded area made by the pubic bone (mons pubis), a small, round organ (clitoris), and the openings of the vagina and urinary canal (urethra). The vagina is the passageway that extends from outside of the body to the uterus (womb).

Vaginal infections and vulva care
Vaginal infections occur when bacteria, fungus or other organisms grow uncontrollably. Some of these organisms already live in the vagina and are kept at healthy levels by coexisting with other organisms. Infectious organisms can also be introduced into the vagina by improper hygiene or unsafe sex.The goal of vulva care is to keep the vulva dry and free from irritants. In this way, you can prevent the vulva from becoming red, swollen and irritated. Because many infections are introduced into the vagina, these tips also provide a basis for good, vaginal care.

Tips for vulva care
Use only warm water to wash the vulva. Dry thoroughly with a clean towel. (If the vulva is very irritated, you can try drying it with a blow dryer set on cool.)
The vagina cleanses itself naturally in the form of normal, vaginal discharge. Avoid using douches unless prescribed by your physician. These products can upset the natural balance of organisms.
Wear 100 percent cotton underwear. Avoid wearing nylon, acetate, or other manmade fibers.
Avoid wearing thongs.
Rinse underclothes carefully after washing. Or, double-rinse.
Wash new underclothes before wearing.
Use a mild soap for washing underclothes.
Use soft toilet tissue (white only).
Use tampons instead of sanitary napkins to control menstrual bleeding. (Do not use deodorant tampons.) Do not leave tampons in for a long period, due to toxic shock syndrome. Do not leave tampons in all night.
Don't scratch.
Avoid wearing nylon pantyhose or panty girdles. They trap heat and moisture, providing an ideal breeding environment for organisms. When nylons or leggings are required, wear cotton or nylons with a cotton panty.
Avoid these feminine hygiene products, which can irritate the vulva: feminine spray and deodorants, Vaseline®, oils, greases, bubble baths or powder.
Prevention my people, is better than cure, if you are already facing serious vaginal malfunction, hehhe! please visit your Doctor.

I'm so happy I finally Got my puppy. Its a South African Boerboel SAB Mastiff. I don't know the color but i think it's brindle something... The mother is quite huge and the father is bigger. The dog cost sha no be small. What do you think of my new pup? It's about 5 weeks old and the seller advised me to leave it to be weaned by its mom till its about 2 months before i come pick it up. He also promised to carry out all the necessary vaccinations before i come collect. What do you think. Does it look good and pure (I can;t tell by looking). I hear the dog breed eats too much is this true?? Please give me tips on how to groom her to become a companion. I plan to name her Chloe

Nobody can give U that answer! Dogs, outside their temperaments are what u make out of them, they can be well trained or otherwise. Choose a dog u like best in the list and train him/her well.
The issue of mixed GSD's is so real and please u can't know a pure dog by seeing them, ur eye no be DNA and as a novice, u can fall prey easily
Bullmastifs are also known as gentle giants so it's a good option
St bernard are baby sitters, perfect with children but are not too security conscious but na for person wey know cos the size alone is scary
Boerboel, rots etc are normal dogs that will act the way u train them
Lastly the choice depends on what u like in a dog

All dogs are good companion with proper handling but since you are asking this question, I think you are a first time owner. A clear headed bullmastiff would be ideal for your family, friendly, loyal Nd docile but make no mistake , they can protect their pack .

Yeah I heard. But what is the difference between bullmastiff and Boerboel. They look alike to me. are they good around kids cos my son is barely six months old. it means that any dog i buy now will be full grown before my son gets to 2yrs. Before Nigeria's 2011 elections, I asked the CEO of a major international oil company with billions of dollars of investments in the Niger Delta - a question...

... not who did he think will win, but who did he want to win - who would be best for his company to lead Nigeria forward.

At the time, there were three possible candidates - Goodluck, Atiku and Buhari. It was all off-record, so no reason for any obfuscation.

At stake, for both the CEO and Nigeria, was billions of dollars of investment in oil projects - with oil prices at over $100/barrel. Everything was on hold because of the stalled Petroleum Bill, a sharp deterioration in the security situation, and political gridlock in Abuja. And without new investment in the oil infrastructure - oil pipelines would not be repaired, reserves not tapped, and the budget for Nigeria would continue to decrease.

No one talks about the Petroleum Bill anymore - but it is essential to moving forward on oil investment in Nigeria, and so to move Nigeria's economy forward (whatever peoples hope for the private economy, Nigeria is still reliant on oil for 95% of it's foreign exchange).

It was a vital question at the time, and perhaps even more vital now. And one that I suspect, if I could sit opposite the CEO now, would still have the same answer.

So who was best to lead Nigeria forward, for the oil company and for Nigeria's future...?

Before I give the answer - I remembered this story after reading Charle's Soludo's article in Vanguard. There are some issues with the article but I highly recommend reading it. The article moves the entire election debate from the hopes, hyperbole and hysteria of the campaign, to a sensible and sober debate: whether Buhari or Goodluck - what the hell are they gonna do, or be able to do, with the challenges that Nigeria now faces...

A furious fisherman tracked down and killed the 20ft crocodile that ate his pregnant wife. Demeteriya Nabwire went to search for firewood on the shores of Nawaikoke in Uganda but villagers became worried when she didn't return after several hours. A search party was set up and they were horrified to find the pregnant woman's slippers, bloody toes, fingers and a mobile phone at the spot where she went missing. It soon became apparent she had been eaten by a giant beast surfacing from the river - the same 1,000kg creature had been blamed for the deaths of six women and children who had disappeared in the past year.

So devastated husband Mubarak Batambuze of Kibuye village, went to the local blacksmith and spent his savings on the sharpest spear possible. He told Uganda daily newspaper New Vision: "I went to a blacksmith and paid him sh20,000 (£4.65) so that he could make me a very sharp spear."
