BREAKING: Ajimobi breaks silence, assumes duty as APC Acting Chairman.


The Deputy National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (South), Senator Abiola Ajimobi who is presently recuperating at a Lagos Hospital has called on all APC stakeholders to continue to observe the peace as he assumes position as acting National Chairman of the APC.

Senator Ajimobi spoke through his Special Adviser, Communication and Strategy, Bolaji Tunji, in the aftermath of the order of the Court of Appeal affirming the suspension of Comrade Adams Oshiomhole as National Chairman.

Senator Ajimobi took over the leadership of the party in line with Section 14 subsection 3 of the APC constitution that states that: “the Deputy National Chairman shall act as the National Chairman in the absence of the National Chairman from his zone.”

According to a Statement by the Spokesman to the Acting National Chairman, a meeting of the National Executive Council (NEC), would be called soon to resolve all contentious issues.

“We should therefore let peace continue to reign until we call the NEC meeting and take a position on the way forward,” he said.

Let there be a revolution against pornographic materials on the internet, educate the male gender on ways of seeing females as humans with equal dignity as theirs not as a sexual object for pleasure only, train our ladies Kung Fu useful in defending themselves from physical harassment, enhance and educate our law enforcement officers in forensics and use of technology in detecting these crimes any where it is perpetrated, young girls of age 0_7 years should be laced with computer chips useful in monitoring them by mothers at home or wherever they may be with this and many more modern technological ideas we will successfully refuce if not eradicate Rape in our society.

There should no longer be any argument over what we have already known: that these people just can't exist if they don't drag the blessed ones into what isn't our concern.
LASG is taking steps to make the state better. The report even mentioned the Elegushi royal family as losing parts of their land. I don't know Elegushi family changed to Igbo overnight, or what could be the reason for these two clowns bellyaching?

If you are not relevant, nobody will mention you. Fact.
They see Igbos in their dreams, they wake up and their first thought is about Igbo.
They go out to hustle for pennies, and their first prayer is that an Igbo shouldn't overtake them.
They eat their own food and wish it were ofe ǹsàlà, onugbu or something prepared by Nnamdi's wife
They look at their pretty women, but still wish they could measure up to the standards of Nneka, Chinyere or Anụlịka.

So, let them be. Nairaland gives them the platform to vent and rage. You meet anyone of them offline, and they become as meek as tepid water.
Let them be, for they are in a lot of pains. Not that it is any easier for Igbos. Just that we have largely come to terms about how to master our environment, and swallow our pains while soldiering on. Our threshold is much higher.

So, my time is short here. My quarantine is over. Won’t be posting for a long, long time so before I leave I wanna share something that may benefit some of you. Everything you need to know will be provided here so no private messages. All my NL messages go to spam anyway. I know this is not the right thread for this. Bear with me.

Obviously many of us here love food and love to post about it. Why not use that passion to make passive income in the long term? Instead of just doing it here why not make a small website and profit from it. The same pictures and comments you put here, you can as well do the same on your own website and make money from it. Setting up a website is easy as phuck. You can have one going in an hour and completely set it up with articles in under a month, slap adsense on it and just leave it.

True story: So about 6 or 7 years ago, I stumbled upon a youtube channel called lazyasstoner. There was this very very young guy talking about how you can make lots of money just from blogging. I gulped everything he said and decided to set up one just the way he said it. Guess what? In my mind at the time I thought the site was a flop. 6 months in, I only had like 10 visits to the website. See as I de vex. That was the last time I messed with it. Fast forward 2 years later. One day, I went to my mail box, opened up one of the mails and saw a cheque for $980. Wtf? I thought it was a tax refund but I’d already gotten my refund I thought to myself. Guess what? It was from Google. From then on I’ve been receiving checks every month. Sometimes lower but I always get a check. After that first cheque, I immediately set up another website on a totally different niche. Sure enough, same thing happened after about a year and half. Now I have 15 websites. I even set up one where I don’t have to write shit. It’s called autoblogging. The software just scans the internet for niche articles that I programme into it and downloads it to the website. That sounds complicated but it really isn’t. A 15 year old can do it.

Niche: Now to be successful with this you have to pick the right niche. I was lucky with my first one since I did not know what I was doing. You can set up a website and it will definitely fail if you don’t pick the right niche. Find a subject that solves a problem and the keyword has low competition. For instance, a lot of people can’t cook right. Show them how. It definitely does not have to be about cooking though. I have websites dedicated to how to jump higher so you can dunk a basketball, yoga, how to build a shed, birds, haunted houses, amazon products where I just copied stuff on amazon and just pasted them on my site and if anyone buys I get paid, I even got one on how to give a good BJ. One of my best performers. Women love that site. And if you don’t like writing or have zero knowledge on the subject, just find someone to write them for you. And you can find writers everywhere. You’d be surprised that I’ve had people write articles for me who live in Nigeria. During this lockdown, I took the opportunity to start a new one about training dogs and I’m almost done. Simple 6 page site. I wrote some of the articles and got some chick from china to write the rest. Do I like dogs? No. It doesn’t matter. As long as the website solves a problem it does not matter what your opinion is about it.

Marketing: Wish I knew this when I first started. Cheapest way is using social media platforms. You need to build a community around your site. Facebook, Instagram, and Tumblr work best for me. Then if you want to fast track your site, you can use paid methods. Like this new site I just built. I will set up a facebook fan page and start posting gifs and memes. Same with Tumblr and Instagram. Then I would invest a very, very small amount on Bing ads and google ads to drive traffic to the site. Remember, your site is dedicated to solving a problem so you can put up ads pushing people to the solution. When you do all this, google will eventually organically pick up your site. When a lot of people are clicking your link, google will be like “why are people going to this site”? Then they’ll start watching how long people stay on your site, how engaged they are, how they are sharing your site on social media, and how they are clicking internal links on your site. The dog training site already had 72 shares. That is absolutely amazing for a one month old site. To hammer the nail on the head you can set up a youtube channel about your niche and link it to your site. Post like 4 videos and that’s it. And you don’t have to know anything about youtube to do this. Just pay someone on fiverr to do the videos and set the whole thing up.

Passive income is the future.

I wish I knew half the sh%t I know now when I was younger. I’d be a phucking gazzillionaire but you know what they say. Hind sight is always 20/20. Good luck.
