Pls I need help with my phone(Q10),i was offline for over a month only to come back online & noticed my appworld isn't working,it displays this error message "there is a connection problem.blackberry world must close". I have called glo customer care they say it's not from them that I should take d phone to a blackberry shop so they can have it checked out.
Any idea on what the problem might be?
