When u ask if it was a payment receipt I made it clear that I didn't send it....why make it look like I claimed to have sent it

I ordered 25tonnes from Him on 29th last month, he demanded half payment, which I declined at first, but later sent him 100k that same Night. After Two hours, He messaged me again that the Price of Diesel has increased which He threw the Option of Refund and I gladly accepted. He didn't refund me immediately until the following day in the evening that I called him. Instead of sending the 100k I paid him, He sent 80k saying He'll balance me 20k the Following Day. It's after a week that I called him again that he's yet to refund the money, instead He threw the Option of ordering another 25/30 tonnes at 290k which I told him to bring it but still requested for half Payment. I made an outright payment of 270k immediately. I never pay any suppliers in advance except Him because He's from here thinking he's genuine,but reverse is the case. Typing...

Transparency is one thing I don't joke with.
I already explained what lead to me refunding him 255k and promised to balance him 35k to compete his 290k payment for 30 tons of stonedust to Surulere.
He has every right to demand his demand and expect his money but not to tell he will ruin my business and let go off the money meanwhile he already called me out here.
I have been in business and on Nairaland for more than 7 years if you don't think it wise that we had settled this offline or waited for his refund or order another material then you are both right.

I already explained what happened?
I served you well and even recommended that you buy small scale from within your area since the supply wasn't much...the said person here as said all sorts of things against me even when I told him to expect his 35k balance immediately I get refund from the trucker who tyre got bursted.
He promised to ruin my reputation and that the money isn't important to him...
So if he thinks he can determine the fate of my business, I leave it to him or if he gets the 35k now...will he take back or delete all his attack on my business?

I tried to deliver twice,once nobody to direct driver the other truck tyre bursted: that night I asked if I can refund, you said yes and I sent 255k to balance up 35k
I asked if we could use the 35k as down payment for the 3quarter down.
You said no cause it's not due or time to use or order 3quarter down.
I said ok after delivering the jobs I have or receiving the deposit I sent to the trucker who tyre bursted, I will pay u (the trucker was supposed to yesterday)
I have begged u to have patience, I have neither snubbed ur message or call or neither have I being rude to you.
I use deposit to engage trucks for delivery, it's after delivery I get my money.
So why will I return 255k only to scam you 35k...
