@maclovington: i dont wrk with fraudulent surveyors and si called land agent.evry land i hv been involved with is either with d baale or head chief of d area or a rightful owner trying to resale thats y i do my own due diligence and i guide my reputation jealously.
as u can see i hv a small verified portfolio and am not offering hundreds of acres of scam land 4 sale.
Like i told u bfore am more into d construction part, ds is secondary.whilst building 4 pple arnd dat axis that ow i knw the sellers so far so good its been smooth sale.i wont touch a problem land with 10ft pole!

@mystep1: is it a 4 B/R Bungalow or a 4 unit 3 B/R Flat? Do u hv a drawing or u just want an arbitrary quote just 4 foundation works or d entire building to completion?be more specific not just '" qoute for 4 flat '".

Location of d land,size of the building to be erected and most importantly ground condition will determine the cost,however,sending a drawing for cost analysis wil go a long way in ascertaining if d 3.3 mil will do or not.we can work with ur budget as well

@wave: d 1/4 plot at agbara was 162sq.m nd ve been sold over d wkend.but there is a 1/2 plot at lusada with light @#350k if u r intrested hit me a mail @ gothamprojects at hotmail dot com.
