Its #500k per plot.you can hold 4 as long as you can before developing though its advisable you put up some form of structure no matter how little on it just to safe guard the plot from encroachers.also you obtain your family receipt from land owners and ask your lawyer to prepare a deed which they have to sign for you (offcourse you have to pay them signing fee).with that i believe your land is secure. |

They are 60x120ft standard plots. You will hv to pay 4 family receipt.thats all.any further documents such as survey,title deeds can be negotiated by the buyer with the family that owns d land. 10-15mins drive from agbara end of lagos/badagry expressway. |

@macjives01:u dnt ve to justify what you did by all what you wrote to backup your case this is a case of copying an intellectual property belonging to some1 all you need do is apologize to zubby77 and you can reach out to him to permit you use his work on your site and if he choose to oblige you then no qualms.if you were to be in his shoes wouldnt you be threatening hell and brimstone?! @zubby77: pls let this sail and dont let it demoralize and let you abandon your story half way.its should be part of the larger picture of your life.you never can tell this story can take a life of its own and outlive and outperform its owner financially and otherwise if only we can see and dream.
