For cool amateurs like me,use this;
u nid eggs' white,milk,cream,flavouring,sugar,chocolate(i use coffee cos i luv it),
Heat ur milk ova low fire(try not 2 let it burn at d sides),remove 4rm heat n add sugar, Allow 2 cool while whisking ur eggwhites(i use a cake mixer)thoroughly until u notice its reasonably risen nd foamy.Flavour ur now cooled milk(should b rily thick by nw),nd pour into whiskd eggwhite.Put whateva u want(disolvable or liquid based),try to spred cool choco on d top(not an easy feat),then refrigerate nd b patient, U can substitute d milk wit cream, Dependin on ur mixture,it mite take tym 2 set,so ill recc. u make it plenty;so u dont av 2 do it err'day
