Yes exactly, waec carries 60 marks and thr exam carries 40 marks all together is 100
A1=12
B2=10
B3=8
C4=6
C5=4
C6=2
D7,E8,F9=0



Now it is tricky, your waec result is very crucial carries more weight than the exam...but even if you have 60 marks in your waec and you fail your exam, let's say 25/40 or lower, you might not be selected because, the exam is so easy that they will think thwt you cheated in your waec result..... if you score very high in the exam maybe 40/40 and you have a very low waec, maybe all Cs, few Bs and plenty Ds..they won't also select you, because the host country will definetely still reject you and of course your waec is bad...the host country uses your waec.....so if ypu want a good shot, your waex must be okay or good and score at least 35/40 in the exam

But another issue is, everything determines on the people from your state....if you score 85/100, and 10 other people score 90/100...am sorry but you know what it means.... so that is why try as much as possoble to do very well in your exam... your exam will decide you, because you can't change ypur waec result ....what is done is done

from wat I saw last yr, guyz used either statement of result or ORIGINAL waec cert....I used d latr though just 2 b safe

Transcript are compulsory for PG only homie......did it last year and was called for d interview without submitting any secondary school transcript... Just ur waec result...d police stuff and d international stuff 2 ain't compulsory at dis stage................. tnk me latr

I'll have to disagree with that, both languages have their pros and cons and both have been extensively used on a large scale. Python is currently overtaking java and c++ as the 1st choice language taught in major institutions. So java and python can be compared

dude I disagree wit u....in "major institutions" 200 l students learn python.... Java is wen u go higher.... U can nevr , I repeat, nevr replace java with Python

On the certification thing, they're pros and cons.
state issued license will get us more respect and prestige equals better earnings for practitioners in the industry. But in this field, they'r more concrete ways to prove your capability besides a sheet of paper.

While the fundamentals of computing never changes, the tools of the trade changes so quickly it would be a nightmare for credential issuers to create credentials that match the trend-all the time.
languages change quickly, frameworks come and go, etc. j2me is gone. Android is in. Android api is static. In the java world Spring is in, struts is out. in many industries, java is out, python is in. etc Other fields are more stable having being around for centuries, so their members can take it easy.

It's easy to get into programming. With low/no barriers to entry. Anyone with a computer and internet connection can start learning and break into the field. Too many programmers/web developers etc creates an oversupply leading to lower salaries/income etc.

java is out.....I doubt u are a full stack engineer...
..comparing python to java is lyk comparing a Volkswagen to a Bugatti!
