You try to minimize risk by having someone on ground to negotiate with them.
So my contact in Lagos, in fact my very close guy lives on the same street with the paladina man”s brother. The brother does tiles and he does paladina. From what I learnt, the paladina person does not live in area.
That my contact hired the tiler and the tiler introduced his brother who does paladina.

Your best bet to get hold of the paladina person would be to call that my contact in Lagos. I will give his number , if you are willing to go that far.

Since your are in delta , you can buy the marble from Obosi Onistha . They sell per pallet. One pallet will give you about 1.5sqm.
Then , if you want a good installer, I can give you the contact. .

We all know the group of Nigerians who would rather break a ladder after climbing up with it than see another Nigerian use the same ladder.

They go to Rome and try to teach the Pope how to break bread and serve communion.

They want to be seen by the Westerners as the defenders of civilization and the gatekeepers of immigration. No one should have a passport because they've secured theirs.

Nigerians abroad are a thriving community that build eachother brick by brick, sadly these set of Nigerians would rather use their bricks to stone those beneath them, than use it to build them.

Through the testimony of one, dependants were curtailed from travelling overseas, through the complaint of another, period of stay to gain permanent residence is now to be doubled.

They sabotage colleagues at work, serve as spies and render unsolicited negative feedbacks about their own kith and kin to managers....for no reason.

For those who do artwork on windows, does the price of artwork go with the initial dressing of the window or both are priced separately? If charged separately, what’s the best price for dressing for a window? Asking for a friend who is in this stage of building.

It is location dependent. However, on average it is about 4k per 10 - 12 tons lorry.

In my location in Delta State, the attached lorry will cost you from 4k to fill the foundation. So they charge per type (tonnage) of the lorry.

If 5 trips of the attached lorry will fill your foundation, that is 4k × 5 = 20k.

It could be cheaper in your location. So, ask around your location what is obtainable.
