My phone is SAGEM "MY 700 X", I have used it for 2 years and some months. Almost a month now the phone started tripping off with flat battery even after charging it full in the next 6 or 7 hours the battery becomes empty again, sometimes the phone will become hot.

Please, what should I do?

For some weeks now my phone has been having a problem of not retaining power despite how it is charged. I have bought a new battery thinking it was but not.
Atimes the phone becomes hot and discharges. The make is SAGEM My 700 X
