Seems it’s been a while you left Ife sir. Since The Polytechnic moved there school to Ibadan Rd ( Fashina area after steel rolling), accommodation has been on the high side in that area. I even have a self con going for 180k and 2 bedroom going for as high as 350k. Even rent around Asherifa has increased as well.
