It’s so unfair that universities asked for your immigration history at the point of issue you cas letter. If this a concern for them they would have asked student to declare previous immigration history during time of application and review if they can take the risk of issue cas letter to the applicant before issuing the applicant admission. It’s unfair that after issuing applicant admission and passing through the rigorous process of the requirement by making sure you meet up with the UkVi requirement you are now left on the decision table on whether to issue cas letter to the applicant or not. This is really sad and very unfair. If prospective students aren’t banned from entry any country or accused of forged/ fake documents. They should be granted cas letter. Because if they refuse them cas letter they still take the administrative fees from the students and that’s so intentional to me.

Where is the time left to apply to other university for January intake. It’s not that they will refund the money to an account in Uk, they still have to send it through the source and that’s gonna take about 1 or 2 months.

At this point I have to start scouting for a good international lawyer.

I think some schools can send your fees to another university in UK eg Robert Gordon University. You didn't do your research well before applying.

But like I said earlier, you just have to calm down. They can still issue you CAS. From tomorrow start calling the school for your CAS

But if they don't, make enquiry about schools first before applying and avoid schools that after collecting your money before they will start asking you epistle.

Bolton university will ask about this during the application process and not after payment.

I myself I can't remember a certain school that request for Payment before issuing unconditional offer, I told them straight up that I am not interested again.

You can always write a cover letter to explain that your parents are sponsoring you and they decided to transfer the money at one go.
I know somebody that the brother transfer about #18 million into his account at a go and got the Visa
It's simply because the brother can't stand as the sponsored as you know only the parents can so the only option is for the brother to transfer the money.

There's nothing wrong in having a huge amount transfer to your account as long as the money is for the purpose claim.

Ok, I guess the person didn't write any cover letter for the reason while the 10m was in the account.

Thanks for your reply, this really made my Christmas boring as I was just been honest. Moreso I remembered i mentioned it to the immigration compliance officer during my pre-Cas interview which i passed, so I’m surprised @ their reaction after declaring when issued the CAS Draft. kindly note I already made 10,000 pounds deposit out of 13,000 pounds of my tuition fee. God sees my heart that I really want to study this course as I can’t even stand any dissappoint because have shown commitment☹️. For me to get the cas draft means have met all necessary requirements if there’s any concerns they should ask me any questions than to make any drastic decisions. I’m so scared.

About the bolded, is not about honesty not everything you can lie about when it comes to Visa because it will land you in more trouble. Some countries do share database. So if you go and lie them go catch up.

And this time you're still dealing with the same people that denied you visa. Your file is still in their database if you lie them go catch you.

Now about being denied Visiting Visa, I have worked with 2 people that are denied Visa both of them are currently studying in UK now. One travelled September this year and the other traveled 2 days ago that's 25th December.

1 was student visa to USA twice and the other was USA visiting Visa.

In Pakistan, India and Bangladesh Group that I am a member of, lots has been denied Visa for different countries many times and they got UK Study Visa.

The basis of their scrutiny will be from your statement of account, because that's what caused the previous denier. so try not to leave any loopholes this time.

I got a CAS Draft from Staffordshire University and I was told to declare my previous immigration history.
I was refused Uk visiting visa in 2017 on below 2 reasons.
1: The job title on my employment letter isn’t same as the job title I filled in my declaration form
2: The salary on my employment letter didn’t reflect/show in the savings account I submitted.
This were honest mistakes as I was ignorant then while applying for the visiting visa.

I declared the above 2 reasons to my university, will I still be issued cas letter. Kindly note my refusal didn’t state any frudulent documents or Ban restrictions. Please I neeed an honest opinion as I’m still awaiting response from my school.

The date you can travel will always be in your Visa... And it's usually 1 month before your school resumption date. You can't travel anything lower like entering UK 2 months before resumption date. i.e if your school resumption date in your offer letter is 6th September, you cannot enter UK till 6th of August.

Let me chime in here from experience.

Both of you are right and looks like you just have 2 different perspectives.

The minimum basic requirement is to have X amount in your account as PoF, with this, whenever you print statement, it still shows your balance and you might have legitimate reasons not to keep the account transactional.

However, because of level of frauds in Nigeria (I need not mention as you've all read some question about PoF here that we discouraged), so, If you have an account that is transactional (inflow/outflow of funds), it gives the account more legitimate reasons (Just incase of doubt), but this might not be practicable for everyone, as there are folks who were legitimately sponsored, borrowed or just kept the account for no-touch purpose to avoid temptations

Yes what you said is correct.

Now in your account if a bulk money is found in the statement, you're getting denier especially when you said you're working and they know your kind of work can't pay you that kind of money at once, in some cases they will ask you to explain the source and what the person who sent the money does for a living.

I've seen different documents about people who got denied UK visa because of funds. Both Nigerians Indians and Pakistani...

Now if you are among the people you mentioned and you just have 10m in your account and you print blank statement... Only 10m inflow showed chances of being denied is 99%

I got an offer from Anglia Ruskin University, and part of what i was advised to provide is my marriage certificate that has white and green background, my concern now is that we've misplaced the original certificate what i have is the photocopy.

I think you should contact the place that issued you the certificate in the first place.

From what he said is not yet 15 day's from the day you did paid mail. So I think you need to do another paid mail if no message by Friday and your tracking still show it's at DMC

It doesn't matter actually, I used a Naira account and Dollar account and still got the visa approved. I also withdrew money and put money during the month but it never went below the required POF.

Sure na you can't leave your transaction blank, you will be denied.

Your statement must show transactions.

And I didn't say it matters, I only suggested it would have been more straight forward if all the money is in one bank account.

I don't know about school that offer direct Masters for HND, but I know school that will do Pre-Masters then proceed to Masters afterwards.

I answered this question, it doesn't as long as the money in the balance is still more than the required.

Though why use 2 account, you should have moved the money to one to make everything straight forward.

@justwise and other visa gurus in the house, if I fill that my dependent is travelling with me but under passport number I put asterisk ****** with an explanation at the end of the application that the form, that as at the last visit the passport was in production unit will it be OK. Note we have booked a flight already.
